    I think the price point is decent, we often forget that the T248 and G923 launched for the same $400

    I picked up a T300RS GT a couple months ago as a stop gap between console gaming and when I upgrade to a gaming PC and higher end direct drive stuff with motion. Moza is doing great. God bless and race on 🏁

      That’s great. I had a T300 previously, and it served me well. You’ll love the DD when you upgrade as well. Thanks for watching; God bless!

    How big of a difference is there in the r3 and r5. Feel wise. I understand how many nm it is but idk how that translates into the feel of it. Thanks!

    Glad you mentioned the T-GT 2. I bought a used one with a couple of issues with the Gran Turismo rim for €180 & sold my decade old T500rs base and rim for €180 so upgraded for nothing. I keep thinking of going DD but at least I now know it can still keep pace with an R3. I'll keep holding on. Maybe Corsairs purchase of Fanatec might lead to something irresistible coming along. Cheers Mike.

    Feel so stupid that I bought a T300 and R383 wheel without researching when coming back to sim racing, and now these are available...
    Thankfully I'm upgrading to a 16nm from Moza soon with a real 13.75in diameter rim soon, but I am incredibly pissed I was that stupid and didn't just get a DD off the bat.

      hey could be worse like me getting fanatec cs v2.5 then 9 months later it gets discontinued and all the DD wheels come out

    I was kinda waiting for this, but for my country (Brazil), this bundle will probably cost something around $1000 bucks, sadly... How does it stack against the closest DD whells, mainly the R5, the Cammus C5 and the fanatec one without the boost kit?

    Should be noted that anyone wanting to experiment with drifting, that a minimum of 8 to 10 nm is needed. At 3 I don't think you could even add larger diameter wheel than the (looks like) 11" that Mike is using here. But yeah, for track racing this seems more than adequate.
    Anyone knows if the pedal set and shifter from a G29 would connect to this? I doubt but can anyone confirm?

    Hey Mike question. Normally when a manufacturer makes a console compatible setup in the case of PlayStation they require the security chip in the base. Microsoft usually only requires the security chip in the wheel. If that’s the case for this R3 are moza making or reissuing all their wheels with Xbox chips? Or did they put the chip in the base? Because going with my understanding this Xbox branded ES wheel I could use on any moza base. But could I just grab my KS wheel and use it on the R3 on my Xbox?

    Sony and Microsoft requiring licensing for third party products is anti-competitive and ultimately self-destructive. The Open Console initiative will end that crap.

    I'm quite interested in the R3 as I race on PC and also Xbox. The only thing that I'm not too sure about is if the wheel works with ACC on Xbox as the game is not in the full compatibility list. Only for PC

    • @SimRacing604
      @SimRacing604  3 месяца назад +1

      There is a list of compatible games on Moza’s website if you want to double-check.

    • @oliwhere
      @oliwhere 3 месяца назад

      That's what I mean, it does say ACC is compatible for PC but for Xbox it's not in the list. They wrote below the Xbox list that it is only a partial list but then why would they not include it if they even included AC?
      I guess I'll just wait until there's a review for ACC on Xbox where the wheel is working.
