PSA Warriors. Do not get Fury Visor on the Warrior questline. Get Diamond Flask. Don't screw up your Warrior forever
oh my god this needs to be sent directly to every warrior. diamond flask was the #1 joy i had in classic. stealing all the healing gear..using my dress to have more health regen than if i had a pocket healer. 1v3ing in AV at the cave with my flask on. you've convinced me to make a warrior alt sir
Paladin gear is no longer worthless on the horde side!
I REALLY hope they don't nerf the snapshotting of the healing gear and Diamond Flask.
We can probably count on them nerfing it since its fun, and people cry about it.
diamond flask is my #1 joy in this game. they cannot mess with the snapshotting of it imo it's too much fun. also it's technically purgeable so there is a counter. just so much fun lol@@352daves9

@@NOHITJEROME Yes! Phase 3 is gonna be nuts compared to phase 2. So much more to do and with professions being available up to 300 and some reps to farm. I just hope the phase doesn't pass us by too quick.

thanks a lot connor, you are not too casual for this at all. just get your runes, as much gear as you can and farm gold. highly recommend a hunter alt for some goldmaking too if you play a bad farming class like i did (priest)

@@NOHITJEROME i've just been fishin tenaris since phase 1 other than that not much really. i'm only playing a shadow priest and no alts, i do have alot of bolts of runecloth saved up by now , my day was well, hope yours is too , thanks !
spriest with no alts is what I was doing, I found the open world farming to be frustrating compared to watching hunters slicing through mobs, so I made a hunter alt. I imagine the fishing route has been very good, though much of your profit is going to come next phase. Has it been hard to hold onto your stock of bolts and other items knowing there will be a much bigger payday in p3?

can't wait to get back into zf mummies/scarabs as a mage. so much cloth and boes.
plus a boosting opportunity perhaps.
fishing wa a smart move undecidedable, the winter squid will pay off big time i believe. as for zf, very excited myself. need to practice it on 60 hunter on era before launch. no trap launcher but i think i will regret if i learn it post launch. will you do your boosting on a hunter too?

hmmm.. i think prequesting is worth it. the current bis route is 331k xp also known as THREE levels so you get 43. let's say the prequesting takes you one hour. that' sgotta be faster than any cleave. now imagine you had summons. boom 45min or less for 3 levels.
When do you think is the best time to sell Flurry Axe? Got one and not sure if it's too early now to sell it.
not yet, i had one at 60 as near pre-bis. need to check with more warriors but that thing SLAPS. what dropped it?
I was bored and killed every mob in tanaris that crossed my path, I think it was a ogre around lvl ~46, guess I was super lucky
that makes sense. however it is extremely depressing to think about. how many mobs have I crossed paths with that I didn't kill? millions. that could be millions of flurry axes..freezing bands..edgemasters..

Jamer I HIGHLY recommend learning uldaman. zeroji on twitch or frostadamus on yt have some good guides. Take advantage of your gear to make lots of gold my friend. You have a unique opportunity to save up 5k+ and imagine what you can do with that gold for your alts and any projects you dream of
In what world do ranged beat melee for hunters, melee hunters are prepped to be even further away from ranged than in p2 even.

Farming Ghost Mushrooms in a tiny cave at Hinterlands (Elite Troll Area on the top floor) - Requires to be a Tarren with Herbalist Leather Gloves + Enchant for higher chance to pick (Hunter, Druid or Shaman). I'm at around 600+ Ghost Mushrooms and I'm stocking on up on Blindweed (about 200 so far). I have the recipes for Limited Invulnerability Potions and Elixir of Shadow Power potions. Hit up the spot before P3 hits.. and you're welcome xD
I am interested in figuring out exactly how many bloodstained commendations i should have saved on my chars for maximum honor gain those 2 first weeks of P3, anyone know ?
Do not have this number yet, will try to find it and get back to you. Please farm at least 50k honor to be safe, so that would be 200 commendations or 5000 copper coins. but until we have the number..don't stop bloodmoon-ing if you aren't burnt out on it. EDIT - being told 110 silver 5 to 7, have not checked the math. leave them as copper tho ofc
I prepped for p3 by not logging in to p2 until now. Be 40 in a week and continue the levelling to 50.
yeahhh that's the dirty secret of wow and it needs to be solved one day. they are giving you the free xp and catchup mechanics and it's honestly more efficient to NOT play which never makes sense. i'm glad you will be back in for p3. what caused you to come back for p3 and not p2? 20 mans?
@@NOHITJEROME p1 lasted too long and I started playing other games after a few weeks. P2 happened and just wasnt interested... hype was gone and I was having fun with other stuff. P3 sounds fun and it has been a decent amount of time.
To be honest the flood of bots and the absurd solo farming ability of mages in p1 really turned me off as well. I can't believe they didnt immediately fix mages. Ashenvale was also terrible. That event is pretty embarrassing. To be fair, The Blood Moon was a huge improvement (from what I heard).
It has been fun coming back (glad I did) and yes it does feel like cheating saving so much time by skipping p2 😆

Idk I sweated it hard P1, made tons of gold, invested and flipped and I have hardly used any of it p2. Now I'm just raid logging and tbh since I'm not going for anymore parsing runs I don't even buy consumes anymore since there's no need.
Yeah gold hoarding was fun for a while, but I don't really see there'll be ever an actual need for it, except buying like crazy boes but thats just dumb.
Since the devs showed they make everything easily available, even changing goldsinks like mounts, increasing income from qs, spending time making a lot of gold that you don't need now, that you could probably make way easier in later phases if ever needed feels super unnecessary.
Not blaming anyone for enjoying a hugh number on their screen tho.
hmmm..i am in the same place luka where I played 18hr/day in p1 and i play maybe 10hr/day in p2. just less to do overall though i still enjoy all aspects of the game. without gdkp i have less need for raw gold, i do want flex items like underworld bands, but still. to me by p4 there WILL be big goldsinks and if i want to say get a full bis warrior ill need to spend a lot of gold. that motivates me a lot to farm right now

yep you should be good, you can technically get up to levle 43 with prequesting but i don't think i'll go all the way. no summoners this time and dungeons will be SO FAST

yoooo Avery. Couple things you could do 1 - waylaid supply chest camping (haven't tested yet but apparently the camp north in swamp of sorrows by the cages has multiple chest spawns going fast, i will test later today. 2 - sell tanking services. (might be tough sell on warrior) 3 - THE REAL solution: make a hunter alt. I main a priest..sucks at farming. I spent 20hr making a hunter and now I can farm anything/everything. The richest warrior I knew in Classic in 2019..he had a mage alt. lol

ogres are good for warrior but uldaman is 6x more gold per hour on hunter. promise you itll be worth it, if you need help i can direct you to all sorts of guides, addons, everything you need to make a lot of gold farming ulda
im enchanting + eng but i think i want the helmet soon which means no eng (rip). sigil is very overpowered, it's basically an extra world buff all the time

melee hunter will defenitly outdps range hunter in p3. its allmost impossible the other way
hmmm...why do you t hink that? I think they will ensure ranged hunter gets big buffs and melee hunter does now. it is not anyones class fantasy to play melee hunter in the end and ranged hunter has been neglected too much

@@NOHITJEROME I've been trying to find good items that are close to vendor price since there's no risk on those. I bought a bunch of dense stone and now looking at buying leather/cloth. That major healing potion recipe will be a hot one since they are such a big step up from the greater healing potions.
That's a very good move, the items near vendor price are beautiful. Right now dense stone is about 12s for me but I will add it to my list to snipe. Rugged leather seems close to vendor price, will grab some of that as well. Runecloth bolts were ~30s the other week..kicking myself for not getting more. Truesilver ore smelting into bars that vendor for 12.5s is a good once since the ore is often around that price. Any other big investments that you are working on?

i am not very good at ulda. cath is what i have mastered and i will say it was infuriating for a long time, the patrols are really the key. i wish i had learned ulda instead of cath, but now I'm committed. hoping to make a lot of gold with boostees when p3 announcement hits. so far not nearly as much profit as i would have gotten purely ulda farming. do you get waylaid supplies from ulda farm? cath gives 0
@@NOHITJEROME I've wanted to try cath on my mage/hunter but i feel like i would lose my mind. and if you are struggling with uldaman there is VERY helpful weakaura that tells you the mobs cast time, most people struggle with including myself because it makes the mobs have a bad cluster and if you want free revered rep with waylaid the non elite scorpids drop them alot in my runs maybe the elite crocs/bats aswell!
I lost my mind doing cath on hunter. Sometimes you get the pull down and then the next day you lose it completely. The key is visual indicators of where to keep the mobs and where to not let them run past. As for ulda, I have the WA but I still get absolutely clapped by the casters. If there are geomancers in the pack (and there always are..) I have no chance right now. rip

Melee will totally outdps ranged if they refuse to buff ranged somehow
yeah i see that happening roohni. i hope we get a hunter ranged buff in p3. not really into the melee gameplay though that's mostly because I'm too lazy to do the dark rider questline again :D
@@NOHITJEROME Melee hunter is the definition of a slot machine dps class , waiting for those flanking strike procs is truly excruciating , that being said, ill play anything as long as it puts me on top of the list
slot machines are fun when they hit. same with boomkin, pure rng whether you get a good parse or not. but i agree, i want to be at the top. just..must..find..motivation to get the dark rider melee rune. maybe ill pay a summoning service lol.@@A.D.114

you are not the only one jarlfisk, I think this is the best way to play the mode. playing a few hours a day, doing what you want, not over stressing about a warsong bracer. do you play one character though or multiple alts? with alts it starts to get more time consuming and minmax-y imo
@@NOHITJEROME yeah I can imagine 😂 no I only play 1 char, I'm full time casual dad. 2 hours max pr day. I made a warrior as my first sod char in living flame (horde undead) Got to LVL 18 and cooking/fishing/mining/skinning 75. Then I randomly came by a reck paladin PvP video. Insta rerolled dwarf pally on lone wolf. Now LVL 4 and looking forward to get reck later on 😆 thinking going herb/alchemy or enchant/something for gold making. My main goal if I ever get max LVL and some gear is to just do random BG's and world PvP + farming gold. And ofc raid a little to get Gear to PvP/farm gold in.

I’ve been farming heart of the wilds in swamp of sorrows from the swamp walkers. They sell good on the AH 2g each on my server.
That's a very good strategy for prep MrKlene. How many heart of the wilds do you get per hour and is it contested? I would love a chill (afk-ish) farm but do not want one overrun by gnomes. People are getting aggressive on the pvp servers
@@NOHITJEROME u can afk farm chests in sorrows - at the camps where "Ongeku" spawns, are 2 chest spawn locations ~ 10min respawn time :D
get supply crates - fill - earn gold

i still dont get these guides, all this could be completely superfluous as we dont even know what phase 3 will bring or do.....
Awesome guide!!! sadly , it feels like you have sucked the spirit out of the game rather than enjoying it for what it is. Remember kids, this is classic no matter how much lipstick you put on the pig. Min/Maxing gold farms etc will burn you out and make this feel like a job.
hi bgh, i appreciate your take.. the thing is - i feel like the modern way of playing itself is the reason why the spirit is gone. it is hard to get enjoyment for me if i'm not competitive in raids and pvp and that means playing all the time, farming gold all the time. the result is burnout (look how many people burned out after ranking in 2019) but it's hard to get the same fun from the game just playing casually for me

@@NOHITJEROME Nah, I use quests to make gold since I hate gold farming. I love grinding dungeons to level so I'll probably just do that.
@@lens_hunter quests for gold at 50 should be great gold. Hopefully will have them all saved since I plan to do zf

i wonder how this phase would have gone with gdkp. what would have drastically changed? i feel like the pug scene kind of died this phase, but i don't know if it was gdkp related or just because the raid is hard. most pugs can't 6/6

well..you can dominate the raid and lord over everyone that hasn't done it yet. and you can make groups that require full clears (despite well knowing that nobody has cleared the raid yet). tldr you can be a REAL JERK lol

as a shockadin lover i knew this phase they would completely suck. BUT you give them 1-2 more phases and they will be gods. there just isn't enough sp gear yet. trust me they are gonna be good eventually
