A lot of people pointing out the terminator's bad aim and the fact his weight didn't drag her down. I would also point out it was way too dumb for a terminator. She jumped off a catwalk they were both standing on tied to a rope. I think the Terminator would have been smart enough to just shoot the rope where it was anchored. Also what was the rope tied to after she blew up the catwalk?
@Second_Opinion_2 I'm surprised nobody else has pointed this out. It absolutely would have just shot at the anchor plate of the rope, and she would have fallen down immediately.
i rewatched both movies some weeks ago and both terminator models miss or hesitate a LOT. in the tech noir scene, the t-800 could have shot at Sarah in an instance, but takes quite some time to allow Kyle to attack it. even then, if it focused on killing Sarah, it would have made it, but it chose to fight Kyle first and Sarah could crawl out of immediate danger. from a strict logical point of view, this behaviour was faulty all along with Sarah dead as top mission priority. the same in judgement day, the T-1000 misses shooting at John in the Mall, even with T-800 covering him, it should at least have hit a leg. As well in the chasing scenes in the trucks going into the steel mill, it misses constantly. so, the conclusion has to be, that even terminators struggle with moving targets especially when they are moving themselves, or they have been damaged, like the unit in the new clip. they do not always follow the shortest logical path to killing. when Kyle describes them as "deciding over your fate in a microsecond", he most likely did so under the impression of his personal experience and the machines were never as perfect, as he feared them to be. (or he knew, but wanted to make a rhetorically convincing statement to Sarah) the resistance would never have been successful, if it was true. if every H-K always hit. if every chain tank spotted every target and hit. if the endoskeleton broke Kyles neck instead of slapping him in the facility. if the T-1000 had perfect judgement of a bikes movement behind his truck in the canals. this list goes on for ever. they are not perfect and thats the sole reason, why there is NO FATE. By a guy on Reddit And i agree with him
"This guy must weigh a ton!" One of the emergency service personnel trying to move the T-800 in Terminator 3 yet a small human female can comfortably support the weight of a similar unit while holding on to a rope with one hand. In the words of Dr Evil: "Riiiiiiiight!"
For those complaining it's aim is off. It's an infiltration unit. It's agenda is not to kill one person. It's to infiltrate resistance settlements. Which it beautifully does. If you watch the show you will know what I mean.

Why take so long to shoot her in the corridor when she was right in front of it but switched up and dealt with the door with the quickness for squeaking? The plot armour on her is just too thick. So far the only ones who have managed to hit the mark with how a Terminator behaves, are Robert Patrick in T2, and Shirley Manson in Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

So glad to see people calling put the ridiculous aim. Even if Ts have trouble targeting lateral movement there is no way they should miss woth a mini gun at that range. I'm still excited to see it, but my hopes have never been very high. I'm just hoping it's decent.
@dblshotz75 What are you thoughts on the machine crying out in pain when it gets kicked in the hand? Or how it decides not to break the cable she's swinging around on when it has the advantage?
Okay I can slightly give it a past that the girl can somehow hang onto a rope while supporting the weight of a Terminator. I'll just assume she went to the Ellen Ripley school or holding ridiculous amounts of weight up like in the ending of Aliens. However I see we're back to Terminators having storm trooper aim like in Sarah Connor Chronicles and Terminator Genisys. It's not that hard to have characters avoid getting shot. There's something called cover and shielding that characters in the other movies know about and use. That or use the Terminator Salvation and Terminator Dark Fate method and have characters be Terminators themselves. That or that model better be a T-600.

Or the "Throw Protocol" we kept seeing in Salvation.
That’s the most accurate ground shooting I ever seen……
I’m so seated ‼️
Slow Terminator who can't hit a target with a minigun. And a girl who hang on a rope with a 180-270kg terminator hanging off her. This is just downright dumb.
I was relieved when her arm was stronger than the Terminator's!
While I mostly agree with you I would also point out that it doesn’t have to be fast; it’s a terminator. They get there in the end, and never stop.
Agreed
@@craiglee3048 the point with it being slow is that their aim is super accurate. that did not happen here.
It’s an insult to my intelligence.
Why the art style reminding me of Psycho Pass 🔥 😯 dayum!!!
It's because production ig makes this(maybe you already know hehehe)
Cuz it's the same Animation Studio 😂
I remember the first terminator movie the club scene the only reason he missed Sarah Conner was because of Reese and the people in the club getting in the way. The police department shooting cops through the walls and hitting them. Second terminator movie Arnold T2 was told by Connor not to kill the cops and he didn't hit one on purpose. I have a bad feeling about this movie already.
When an animated 6-minute sneak peek from 2024 is still more thrilling than 4 full Hollywood pictures since 2003...
There is a good sneak peek where it shows a terminator being built then sent back in time.
Is that lady some sort of supersoldier or something?? How the hell did that Terminator not score a single hit with a minigun of all things??
Probably a T800 prototype, like the dumb one John fought in Salvation, I don’t think it’s 2029 yet so there aren’t improvements in it’s tracking system, I would call this one a T-750 if it’s shooting based on movement and not leading the person with the bullets by shooting in front instead of trailing, but that’s just my guess.
@@bassplayer807T-750's didn't have skin though. Not a single model before had actual skin except the T-800 series and onward. Not saying your wrong, just confused on if that's the case. That being said, Could be a T-600. They were slow, carried miniguns alot, and had rubber skin, which honestly it doesn't look like rubber here if that's the case. The T-800 was already mass produced, along with plasma weapons when the infiltrators became a thing in 2029. So...I dunno. Could just be more timeline changes that affected how things were made in this version.
@@bloodgroundgaming7871 maybe this is a T-800 prototype before plasma weapons of any grade were mass produced, if that’s the case, now what if later on: the T-800’s we see in 2027-2029 actually have sensory improvements and certain enhancements ( software based) that allow it to easily hit it’s targets when firing upon them? I mean the T-800 in the police station had no issues taking out the cops.
@@bassplayer807 Could be a cool idea. Guess we'll have to see when this thing comes out fully, what kind of changes there are to the timeline to see if any improvements were made to the Software or anything like that.
@bassplayer807 Well, you're right about it that.
0:22 it literally says 2022.
The artwork and details are sick.
The reflection and lighting when he fires the minigun is crazy
By a guy on Reddit
And i agree with him
Hold up, did that T-800 show a reaction of feeling pain when she stomped on it's hand?
It totally did. It also missed every single shot, and opted not to break the cable and let her fall while she was playing Tarzan.
Why is it so good FINALLY something GOOD
"This guy must weigh a ton!" One of the emergency service personnel trying to move the T-800 in Terminator 3 yet a small human female can comfortably support the weight of a similar unit while holding on to a rope with one hand.
In the words of Dr Evil: "Riiiiiiiight!"
Wow! Amazing. The whole T-1 nostalgia just came back.
Nostalgia ultra pro max 🥺
Oh man I’m super stoked for this!
For those complaining it's aim is off. It's an infiltration unit. It's agenda is not to kill one person. It's to infiltrate resistance settlements. Which it beautifully does. If you watch the show you will know what I mean.
I gotta say this Terminators look is becoming an iconic look
Another invincible female lead character.
It is to early to be sure but unfortunately it looks like it may be the case.
If that had been a boy instead, would you have found it perfectly acceptable with no complaints?
Plot armor comes in all shapes and sizes. John Connor was covered from head to toe ... till he wasn't.

Literally the same thing with John Connor

It was sarcasm in case you cant tell.
You knew what is worst. New trailer come out and we are shocked scene where terminator grabs her and almost immediately her arm is broken with spray of blood.
I'm not mad about the bad aim. I just like to think that the explosion glitched it's vision or something.
And they're doing that 1982 Terminator thing where it weighs about as much as a regular person.
The T-800 from the first movie weighs just over 400 pounds.
@@dolanpls3330 ginger's boyfriend was still able to get it off it's feet.
@@ProbablyUltraman What scene in what movie? That doesn't mean the T-800 isn't 400-ish pounds. A quick trip to the wiki will tell you how much it weighs.
@@dolanpls3330 First movie, Right before the T-800 kills Ginger. And the wiki's source is Dark Fart and I'm going to be honest, I don't consider that canon at all.
@ProbablyUltraman You don't have to consider it canon for it to be canon, but it came from James Cameron's mouth.
I'm very concerned. The inconsistent logic is going to seriously hurt what could be a great show here. For one thing Terminators don't miss targets out in the open, not with a minigun, why the hell is it shooting at her feet and not sweeping horizontally. Why take so long to shoot her in the corridor when she was right in front of it but switched up and dealt with the door with the quickness for squeaking? The plot armour on her is just too thick. Don't even get me started on the whole rope thing. The only smart thing here is the release date. I see what they did there.
About not immediately shutting in corridor I could explain with it regaining footing after shotgun shots but I agree that amount of lead he shot should hit her by pure probability.
This T-800 also cried out in pain when she kicked its hand 🤣 my theory is that this is likely a comedic parody of the dread and horror the first movie instilled, its the only logical explanation
This is more relatable to the first film, bringing more of a horror element than action. It's about damn time.
This also gives me Cowboy Beabop mad pierrot vibes when Spike ran into that guy with the top hat.
What is horrific about this bumbling idiot of a machine, missing every shot, not just breaking the cable and letting her fall, and acreaming out in pain when it gets kicked in the HAND? 🤣
@@engitions It's not scary when the machine misses 100% of the time, decides not to break the cable and let her plummet, and ultimately cries out in pain when it gets kicked in the hand.
Perfect killing machine doesn’t know how to lead its target. Sigh…
😂😂😂
propably broken at some point because of the grenade
Over it. Everyone dies and somehow the main character can out run bullets and the weight of a terminator holding her leg doesn’t affect her??
Shes a terminator too😂 jk
She could be something like Marcus, or an I-950, idk I like to use my imagination and something tells me she’s not 100% human, cause no human could do what she did

2:23 tracking her through the wall was a nice little touch. Can't escape when HE's after you
THIS is exactly what the franchise needed. A return to showing these machines BE the killing machines they are and audiences not just being told they are. I can't wait to see what they do with the 1997 Japan setting.
Ah yes, missing every single round fired with a minigun, opting against just breaking the cable while shes playing Tarzan, and ultimately crying out in pain when she kicks it in the hand.
If only arnold is animated in this series..it could be blast. Blast to watch
Very thick plot Armor 😂
I'm glad I saw this 6 minute clip. Now I know this series is gonna be nonsense.
1 - The main characters have plot armor and can't be hit by bullets.
2 - Terminator hangs off of her foot without ripping it off due to the weight.
3 - Terminators will have unnecessary facial expressions, jaw movements (at 05:20), and backward steps (before the bomb went off on the walkway) even though they're machines.
So far the only ones who have managed to hit the mark with how a Terminator behaves, are Robert Patrick in T2, and Shirley Manson in Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
@DesertStateNevada The T-800 cries out in pain and decides not to break the cable while she's vulnerable and swinging around. This is mediocre fan fiction at best.
Started off strong, but as soon as she outrun his bullets in the hallway... oh no...
Will still be better than Dark Fate I'm sure though.
The skull should have caved in from the weight of his metal skeleton.

Looks awesome!!!
This is gonna be amazing! This is how you save the Terminator franchise
Nah. This was horrible. Terminator with horrible aim. Count me out.
@@victornwachukwu Apparently, those who watched the leaks thought that it was enjoyable but it was not too good (Like lets say, T1 and 2), and while somewhat fan ficy... it wasn't as bad as Dark Fate and/or Genysis.

@calcariachimera The T-800 is missing 100% of the time, letting her play Tarzan instead of just breaking the cable and crying out in pain when it gets kicked in the hand. This isn't going to save the franchise. This is a parody with a big budget.

Yess, saw that fall & knew that if this was gonna be good, the T-800 would just stand up & walk it off.
I saw him missing 100% of the time, letting her play Tarzan instead of breaking the cable, and crying out in pain when it got kicked in the hand, and just knew it was going to be bad.
how can she run with such heavy plot armor???
The one thing those movies get wrong is that machines are depicted as slow
They would be much faster than humans
Those battles would be over in milliseconds
Exactly
Not to mention his sensors would've picked up on her breathing and gasps way before any fighting happened...
Guys, believe it or not, the terminator isnt real, and is meant to be a horror movie villain, made by film writers who prioritise media quality over "realism", as if any material can ever make armour as protective as the terminator's
Terminators have never been shown as particularly fast, least of all the T-800s. In all movies, they are shown missing shots and even occasionally getting hit by regular humans. They're tanks, not speedsters.
4:34 wait, did the terminator screamed in pain here? Lol
Yeah remember in Salvation when the T-800 took like 3 grenades directly to the chest and just kept walking? 🤣
In Terminator salvation, the good Terminator was screaming in pain too
But I think it was shocked instead of screaming of pain here
@@Superman-tf3ed The one that had a human brain and actually registered physical trauma as pain. The T-700 was meant to feel pain like a regular human. Not equivalent.
With that aim, no wonder humans stand a chance.
The lady has the same grip strength as Captain Marvel.
Craziest thought - Why would a Terminator require a Laser Sight?
Because this one went to storm troopers training school
@@JREVY22DECEPTICON416 lol x
I'll give that bit some leeway. The Terminator in the first movie used a laser sight. That came with the weapon. Maybe this one did, too.
To be honest, they don't. So I'm just assuming it's a throw back to 1984 terminator. Laser sights were new and fascinating. Adding some technology to the 45 long slide added some technological menace and tension. Watching that red dot work it's way to the centre of wrong Sarah Connor's forehead made that scene intense as hell. But it absolutely does not work here. Your thought is not crazy.
Arnold had a laser sight gun in '84 Terminator as well...🤷
Very impressive style
Great work
WAITING THIS PASSION!!!!!!!
Can't wait for this! It looks so good!
She has Batmans plot armor
Terminator like an Imperial stormtrooper, a girl like Ripley (Queen of Aliens) holds under a ton + in an easy one, holds on to a rope like Mary Jane from Spider and that's all in 6 minutes, it's already scary to watch... ⠀ ⠀😂
That's a huge plot armor over there.
Actual gunplay!!!!! Finally!!!!
This looks incredible!! Would have been good to show that the targeting system of the terminator was damaged or something to justify it's bad aim
The terminator showed emotion though... the grind towards the girl and the look when it was about to fall... UUUUHHHG
@THENATTYNERD Yeah, it cried out in pain when it got kicked in the hand.
Oh, I can't wait to see this it actually looks like an actual Terminator movie worth seeing!

6 min vid in one word: *MISS*
Timmy O is gonna be a sick terminator
I'm genuinely excited for this
The only suspense i had was seeing if this was gonna be another terrible terminator production, and this is actually pretty good! For what people are saying about the aim, i would imagine that a minigun is not very accurate, especially after the minor damage to the shoulders, i think it is still a little offputting but it can be excused if terminators are 100% accurate with a light weapon, lighter than what was used here. And in another trailer it shows the terminator gripping instead of throwing, which makes way more sense and i am happy they did that,
Feeling positive about this new content

I want a Ghost in The Shell crossover.
i ahve seen those vibes in the earlier trailers
That and/or a Psycho Pass crossover. Both would work.
Great music and love the horror vibe. Finally something to look forward to after Cameron's sequel.
Looks good! But I don´t think someone would really survive that a maschine as heavy as a Terminator jumps on you. I mean that´s probably as if you got hit by a slow moving truck. You´re maybe not dead, but a lot of broken bones. Not even talking about a truck hanging on just one of your feet.
I don't care what the comments say. I am excited for this
"The 600 series has rubber skin. We spotted them easy."
Sophisticated killing machine can’t hit a moving target. Rope can’t hold the weight of a terminator but she can with 1 arm. So dumb
@323johnnybravo It opted to take inaccurate pot-shots while she played Tarzan instead of just breaking the cable and letting her plummet. I think what sealed the deal was when it cried out in pain after it got kicked in the hand.
Great choice for the release date!
What's more scarier than seeing a T-800? A T-800 metal skull facial reaction. I've been following Terminator since the original movie and this is the first time in a very long time l almost did a jump scare.just from that scene. Yes, even a Terminator can get pissed off.
@driftbandit4740 >This series will make Terminator scary again
>The T-800 is a bumbling, inept idiot who cries out in pain when his hand gets kicked
Pick one.
2:24 - suspension of disbelief left the chat.
Dammit, flix, you've f**ked up Witcher, stop already :)
You do realize that it is not 84, we live in a world of computerized targeting systems, and Motoko Kusanagi showed how on-screen cyborg shall shoot like 25 years ago?
@boaragile82 Yeah, this is like a bad fan fiction. My favorite part was how this machine, which can't feel pain, only register it, cries out in pain when it gets kicked in the hand.
OK. I REALLY want to like this and i get the whole her getting away from the spray bullets and that but what really did not sit well with me was. The Terminator holding onto her leg and her just being find like these things didn't weigh a ton. Like come on they should know how serious we are about this franchise especially after the disastrous last couple movies.
@dannyt564 It also cries out in pain when its hand gets kicked, and instead of breaking the cable while she swung around like Tarzan, decides to take more inaccurate pot shots.
This is awesome can’t wait to watch!
She’s a Skrong Independent Woman.

Si esta serie animada llega a tener éxito me encantaria que hagan una pelicula basada en la serie

Great. Another strong independent female character that can dodge bullets from a Terminator.
looks good. After everything post-T2, I'm willing to overlook the bad aim of this T-800 that kicks in only when the protagonist is in the crosshairs.
If I remember the T-800’s had their issues but the 850’s were the ones that had better movement and targeting. Not sure how her ankle wasn’t broken though but oh well, still looks like a fun watch to me
Feels like the Animatrix.
it would be nice for the storytelling if there's a small detail on HUD about how Terminator lose all the frickin aim & speed after the explosion
