I'm getting the same code as you did after I took the valve cover off and check the wires everything had 1 then when I try to touch the Injector Solenoid it does nothing

+bgalmonte the first check I done was at the gasket connector for the injector harness. Two pins per injector, six pins per connector. One lead on the first pin, one lead on the second. So on and so forth. Once the valve cover is removed and you know which injector circuit is the issue, remove the two wires from the injector and check just the threaded connector pins on the injector solenoid. If they are in spec check continuity in the wires in the gasket.
Checking the resistance at the gasket connector like in the video would narrow down the problem to a cylinder. Then checking at the injector solenoids tells you if they are good. If high or open is found on any cylinder at the gasket, then not found at the injector solenoid, gasket is the problem.

How/where are you putting the leads on the meter? Are you putting them on 1 and 2 pins and then 3 and 4 and then so on?
I have the same snap on meter I've been disappointed with it lately ... But what!? Is connected to the oil fill hole on that valve cover?

+Tim Merl it should be between 0.001 and 1.000. if it's over 1 or reads 0.000 replace it.

I checked the resistance and got 2.6 on cylinder 1 2 3 and 6 4 and 5 wrer over 100
5 is gonna be the issue then.

Sorry I misread that 0.1 to 3.0 should be normal. So you have a problem with bank 2. Cylinder 4 5 and 6.
