      having low fight IQ is irrelevant to the point of what PEDs do, you're still gonna reap the benefits of more training, better recovery and, therefore, better performance. PED's do not guarantee that you you'll beat everyone else, they just increase your individual ability. In your last sentence, you're basically saying someone can take PED's and still be worse than others which was acknowledged by coach

    I take testosterone and started before I started training BJJ. I keep my levels technically in the natural range, even if it gives a slight advantage I’m not taking ridiculous amounts. I wonder if I’d be better at jiu jitsu if I kept my T low and just took something like EPO or cardarine for the cardio and gas tank benefits. Then you can be enhanced and look natural. If anything I think testosterone is useful because you can train at a higher level for longer and really grow into the sport late into your years.

    • @jorgeanderson9032
      @jorgeanderson9032 Год назад +1

      Id rather take Boldenone over EPO, you can drop dead right in the spot if you dont know what you are doing with EPO and dont have a team that monitors you and knows exactly how to use EPO.
      Cardarine is also linked to cancer, dont follow the myth that says the cardarine dose used in rats to cause cancer was an absurdly high amount, it was not, do the calculations yourself or look up other experts and smart people and they all say the same thing. Plus you never know when you are gonna be the one that hyper responds to side effects from a low dose.

    • @RMJerich0
      @RMJerich0 Год назад +5

      it gives you A LOT of advantage.
      After a hard training your natural test could crash for hours and sometimes weeks. And even if you do everything calm and healthy - your levels decrease from time to time. when you are on TRT your levels are great (by natural standarts) all the time. Its FAAAR better.
      but anyway, I see no reason why a man should not do TRT, especially the one who works out hard. It helps with joints and longevity, despite common opinion based on bodybuilding dosages. Im on TRT since 30 years old and feel much better living my lifestyle. you just should be aware and check health regulary.

      Strength, the ability to train for 20-25 hours a week, cardio, being able to weight cut easier. Also every person is different, for some, it will even enhance their mental game and make you a lot more confident. Also there are people who are ultra responders to some drugs, its not the same for everyone, some people literally become a whole other human when on gear.

    They should learn from cycling, going to ruin the image of the sport in the long term, if it escalates...deaths linked to abuse will not attract sponsors. It just takes one bad story of a high profile athlete to attract a lot of negative publicity..

    No way man the stronger, the freakier the muscle the better. Because if you lose everyone will still be impressed with your physique so you’re not a total loser, nice hair is a big plus too.

    What is his point? At one point it seemed to me like he wanted to claim that people that train BJJ and take ped's usually stop getting better because they can with brute strength make the moves work (at least against naturals) and therefore don't continue to improve on their technique....but he didn't make that claim, he only concluded that ped's will enhance ones ped's....the OPPOSITE of what the video argued to be about (at least judging the title of the video).

      You generally don’t need it unless you’re training at a super elite level. Most bjj athletes are natural because steroids don’t help your technique which ultimately is what bjj comes down to
