People worship the likes of musk and bezos, while this incredible smart and giving human being right here, Dr.Hauser, actually deserves all the attention and fortune. Passing down valuable information from a high doctors position onto non medical educated ones in such an easy understandable way is just incredible and very needed in todays world.
musk forced a whole community of people out of their homes. he’s not as nice as you think. he’s a very selfish prick.
bezos, is just as greedy.
now what.
dr. hauser is a hero without musk and bezos.
Musk is a self-obsessed megalomaniac, using a front that he's trying to do what's best for humanity to do the completely the opposite - scamming the world into feeding his own personal ambitions.
I've never looked into Bezos much, i'm sure he's no saint but he's nowhere near as bad.
@@alkaholic4848 Musk hijacked Tesla and booted the original founders out. Then claims he started the whole thing
🎉yes he should. Thank you Dr Ross:D

I truly believe God led me to this video because I broke my neck a few weeks ago in a bad auto accident and noticed my neck started hurting really bad all over again after watching some videos, from now on I'll be real careful and keep my neck straight and watch fewer videos when I do.
Just once, I had hoped Dr. Hauser would say "See you NECKS time!!!" to end the video.
I have helped my forward head posture by using a standing desk at work and rolling a towel to support my neck at night. Try sleeping on your back and use a thinner pillow with the rolled up towel. It can work miracles on getting your correct curvature back.
Can you please elaborate more on this especially the towel I have a standing desk but can I also use towel when working on the desk
🎉
After months of searching for the cause of my headaches I finally figured out it was anxiety. My brain was in a pain loop that propelled my headaches for weeks and months. Once I finally realized this I began to relax and the head pains went away. There is hope and most of the time it’s not neck alignments, pillows, shots etc. Anxiety can have many large physical effects on the body.
@@blindvizion9914are you sure?
How do u put the rolled up towel in the pillow and how thick does it have to be

ONE DAY THIS MAN WILL SAVE MY LIFE ❤
My dad has drop head syndrome, rode motorbikes most his life, heavy helmet. First to go was use of legs, diagnosed as Parkinsons from brain scans but symptoms dont match. Obstructive breathing, dizziness, balance now speech & been in a wheelchair for the last few years. He never did the stretches the physio prescribed 20 odd years ago
He's on point with the nerves playing apart in hearing lost. 11 years ago I were diagnosed with Tinnitus from the lost of my high pitch hearing.
The ear specialist at Duke University NC told me what happened that left the loud buzzing in my head that were going Day and night. First they did all kind of ear test brain test. They found that I had a healthy brain but the nerves from my enter ear were gone and the brain Wasn't hearing any more so my brain were sitting up there making its on noise...And that's called Tinnitus.
The first year I thought my life were over. They told me it would never go away. But with diet and exercise I could lower the sound. And they were right after I decided I wasn't going too let this thing take my life
And I were going to live and get through this.I started watching sugar. Salt. Chocolate.sodas Smoking. Alcohol.
Spicy foods.
'I were smoking like a train 11 years ago but every time I lit up a cigarette it liked too blown my head off. So I quit cold turkey! I never had an Alcohol problem. 'I started walking everyday the weather permits. It's good too walk where their trees. I've gotten used to it.
11 years ago at night I couldn't sleep it were so loud. I would get out of bed and go out side and run until I were so tired 😫 Now I take me a good bath and go to bed. And sleep like a Baby all through the night.
It's like I'm living at a train track and the engine has a buzzing in it.
And I don't pay it any attention.
I just tune it out.
'I sleep in a quit room again.
Don't let the sound of tinnitus take your life away from you.
'I had too learn to except it. And Control it. Not let it Control me.
Believe me there's life after tinnitus.
'I wouldn't bet on a cure to take it away if your tinnitus is terminal and Chronic. Because the first year I bought everything they said would cure tinnitus and it didn't..So be careful about what you buye...Please take care of yourselve and eat healthy 🙏
I'm praying for all of you that's suffering from tinnitus.
Hang in there it will get better 🙏
Yeah I have tinnitus. It’s annoying.and I’m only 18
I cannot thank you enough for your loving-kindness toward humanity in your sharing this knowledge with us. Words are simply inadequate to describe the rush of wellness that immediately flooded across & between my shoulders & down my sternum when i exhaled after lifting my chest letting my head slowly fall backwards for a few seconds. I suppose i could adjust myself & hold the position a bit longer. I know you know you are right. A thousand hugs from me to you kind Sir.
When you think of the younger generations who have known only life with a phone or device and how they have been in that posture since their early developmental stages….
That’s scary
Thank you for this information as I had an accident and dealing with this exact situation.
I wonder what other options for treatment are available besides a trip to Florida (for two), a $3500 diagnostic exam and consult, and multiple Prolotherapy treatments at $1400 a pop? For those of us without such resources, what are we to do? We already know the medical system has abandoned us. And he doesn’t take insurance. It is enough to make me sob in anger, but I’ve already done so much of that. I’m going to find another way.
Try using anatomic pillows in bed - under the neck, between knees, and between elbows. They changed my life and helped me not grind my teeth to dust.
Don't give up!

Structure is mostly genetically-determined, but can be exacerbated by "trauma"/life practises. Forward head/upper back condition has been around since time immemorial. I have never had a smart phone, but was diagnosed wit reverse curve over 35 years ago.
Exactly.. Hereditary predisposition..exaccerbated by trauma and or lifestyle. Cell phone usage can be one lifestyle exaccerbation. The increase in Elongated styloid process diagnosis is not just due to the use of cell phones..but the increase in diagnosises is also more abundant due to more info sharing being available and more knowledge about it being more readily shared and more widely distributed thanks to more awareness from world wide internet sleuthing.

Thank you for this! I just wanted to suggest a topic for a video I don’t know if you’ve covered a tens unit and how it can help just for pain relief caused by a degenerated vagus nerve. I know it’s not your area of expertise in these kinds of devices but maybe it could help some of your patients to know more about it. For example I know the regular tens units can damage an already degenerated vagus nerve this is important for people to know. I am thinking of buying one that uses micro currents which don’t. So more information about it could really help save some people from taking the wrong advice. thank you for your videos xLeah

Technology comes at a cost. We've removed hard work and movement variety. Look in the blue zones. They don't live long because of technology. They live long partly because of a lack of technology. There are other factors for sure, but you can't remove movement.
All of my neck problems are from hard work. I was always moving.

We are so sorry to hear that you are going through this - you are so correct, cervical instability can cause an abundance of symptoms.
