i literally think of sundays in the exact same way! that little diagram you had on screen is literally how i visualize my week in my head, like the week being to work, saturday just for fun, and sunday as a whole occasion!
PLEASE READ: I often want to get my life back in check and I always want there to be some big reason to do it for example, New Years or my birthday, or a holiday or term, and watching this video I realised the whole point is getting your life back together to make things easier for you. You don’t need some special reason to put of your own mental health, do it today, or at least start. There is a difference between self maintenance and self care, self maintenance always feels like hard work so putting it in the self care part can feel heavy. Self maintenance is just something we do. But self care is nourishing yourself. Hope this helps
