How do you access the battery and control box? I need to access those to make adjustments. The old model that I ordered was easy to access these things but the one that I got in the mail has screws in different places. If I'm not able to access the wiring of the battery in the controller box I won't be able to make the modifications that I need to. I have a disability and older model really helped me with my mobility but only after certain modifications were made to the controller box which is why I placed an order for an identical scooter. However after the order was placed I was told the identical scooter was out of stock and the one that I received in the mail has the screws in a different place and I need to know how to access the controller box in the battery so that I can make the modifications necessary for me to use this. This is why I ordered the identical scooter as opposed to learning a brand new one. Regardless I need to know how to access the controller box because without that I will not be able to use this for the disability that I have.
@@mikesturboss Before the product leaves the factory, it will ride around the factory area. So if "won't go" occurs after receiving the product, it is only possible that the plug is loose or the brake cable is shorted。 please contact the after-sales department
