your second speed test is with the correct tyre diameter of 10. you decrease it from 12 to 10 so the top speed is auto. limited because of the smaller tires
All you have to do is find the thin blue cable by the ESC it plugs into itself, unplug it. It was blocking the full speed. I went from 15mph to 28mpg when i unplugged it

can it stil go 36 without changing the eco mod, because mine dosen t come with that seting

Um you know the scooter was in eco mode which means that all he had to do was switch the p settings

I did the module change, but now I no longer have the battery regeneration when I tighten the brake.
