0:11 Turn on. Press and hold power button on gimbal. Beeps.
0:20 Lock camera orientation. Press and hold trigger. Light blinks green.
0:30 Recenter. Double tap trigger.
0:34 Self portrait mode. Triple tap trigger.
0:39 Switch user profiles. Press M Button. 1 Pan tilt Follow, slow, medium. 2 Pan follow slow, medium. 3 Pan tilt follow, slow, low.
0:52 Auto tune. Press trigger and M button simultaneously 6 seconds.
1:20 Fix drifting. App - Status - System Calibration.
1:39 Joystick calibration. Tap trigger 4 times hold on last. Lights blink. Rotate Joystick. If blinks green calibration success, blinks red failed, repeat
2:12 Sport Mode. Press and hold M button. Light turns yellow. Release M button to exit. Double tap trigger while holding M button to lock sport mode.
2:38 Flashlight mode. Press and hold trigger, tilt ronin horizontally.
2:50 Underslung mode. Press and hold trigger, tilt Ronin upside down. Or double tap power button, tilt ronin upside down. Rotate gimbal roll axis to ensure camera upright. Double tap power button to engage motors.

Mine doesn't return exactly to centre, its always off by 1 or 2 degrees after a few pans, unless I double tap the Trigger. My friends is exactly the same.
Hi there, please try to calibrate the joint angle calibration and system calibration. See if this helps.
@@DJITutorials its not the calibration, its the DEADBAND, there is no option for "return to centre" unless u have the settings: sensitivity 100, DEADBAND 0 , which is useless.
@@TheCameraManReviews Thank you for getting back, the gimbal may not return to center in follow mode because of the Deadband, the current workaround is to decrease the Deadband as much as you can and then increase the Sensitivity and the Speed value. It is very problematic to switch to "UNDERSLUNG MODE" mode when a cable is connected to the camera. The cable protrudes (protrudes) far beyond the camera. And during the transition to the "UNDERSLUNG MODE" mode, the cable touches the stabilizer. (sony a7RIII)

I am ready to return mine because it’s been frustrating to figure out why mine isn’t working like it’s supposed to. It doesn’t lock when tapping the trigger once. It drifts to the left and right in Mode 1 and 2. We need a detailed video on what’s the best settings inside the app to get it to work for each mode. Thank you.

@@TheCameraManReviews I think it's misleading to make a video to show all the features without explaining that you need to go in the app to customize the modes. I have no issues with returning to center after double tapping. But I am not sure why it won't lock while holding the trigger. Hopefully you will get an answer.
A little late but I think you need to hold the trigger for it to lock.

Hi! My RSC is not yet 1 year old but it has major malfunctions. It won't recenter when I double trigger anymore. My pan axis stucks not even half way yet if I move my joystick left or right.
I always balance my gimbal and balance test through my phone. Please help me, how can I contact your costumer service so I can ask for advice and show a clip of my gimbal's problem?

Flashlight mode does not work properly. When I'm trying to circle the object, roll axis makes the camera rotate.

I have a DJI Ronin Sc, And the Pan axis just turning me on, It doesn’t take the same direction with my movement, for example if i Go to the right with the Dji Ronin Sc, the pan Axis Takes an another direction and I Lose the control, i lose the action everytime... even i put it in sport mode, The Sportmode works only in Flashlight position....How Can i Fix this problem please???🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Hello, there. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We recommend that you run the joint angle calibration in the Ronin app. The steps are as follows: 1) Switch the gimbal to Sleep mode, adjust the gimbal angle properly, and toggle the three axis locks to the locked position. 2) Go to Motor Parameters -> More -> Joint Angle, and tap and hold the Joint Angle icon until the Ronin app prompts Joint Angle Calibration. Click Yes to complete the calibration. 3) Restart the device, and the gimbal will be restored to the correct position. If there are still problems, please contact the DJI Support team and send then a video about through the link below for further assistance: www.dji.com/support/repair They will check and offer you some help, please rest assured. Can you do a tutorial or explain how to connect the ronin sc to A7iii via usb c. I want to be able to use the record button on the gimbal instead of the camera shutter. I'm sure there's some settings you have to adjust on the a7iii in order to allow the the camera to connect to the gimbal, just can't seem to figure it out.

guys please help, how to use vertical mode? It says to double tap M button but it doesn't do anything

Can i use it with Nikon d7500 and 18-300 lens
Been using it for a year but today the geen led lights are turned into red. modes are not working properly. Tried all the options, done system calibration too but the led indicators are still red. First i thought its locked in sport mode but no, its not in sport mode. please help me out from this problem. waiting for reply. thanks

Hi so i recently bought the ronin SC. But when I use it while moving or walking it micro shakes randomly when I take steps. Im trying to go as smoothly as I can but it still micro jitters for some reason I really need help here cus its ruining my footage. I think when the gimbal is on and I tap the camera balanced lightly it micro jitters aswell so I think that is whats happening when I'm walking.

Just got mine today and when I turn it on the green light just blinks but the gimbal does not work. Any idea what's causing that?

I can't figure this thing out
When i turn mine on it beeps and the 1 lights up green but it does nothing. Does not start actually controlling the gimbal at all, its basically on but actually turned off, wow fml
Make sure your using the power button not hitting the button on the battery directly. Other than that just make sure your holding it down for long enough. You probably already fixed it but I thought I could take some guesses.

Mine is brand new but I think its broke.
Hi, Can you please help. I try to balance my Ronin SC with Canon M50 + Sigma 16mm and Rode videomicro. Less than 2kg. Everything is OK except for Roll balance. Camera always rotates (a bit) from left to the right and from right to the left. Impossible to balance it perfectly. The application on my phone shows Excellent for everything however I see that ROLL balance is not that perfect like Tilt balance. Should I return the Gimbal do DJI ? or just leave it like that ? You keep saying launch the Ronin app... how. Where? Does it still exist because I can't find it. Mine isn't doing any of the things you say it should do. Tap 4 times and hold on the 4th, nothing happens

Anyone know why the camera control button option isn’t working for me? I have the gimbal cord plugged into my canon T5i rebel (with a cord I ordered separately since the cords provided weren’t compatible) but it’s not doing anything. Is this gimbal just not compatible with the camera?

I didn't realise it was so big. I'm looking at getting a gimbal but pretty sure it will give you arm ache using it like a selfie style for vlogging. It looks hideously large

I have tried locking the camera orientation. All my axes show excellent levels after balance test, and I have also auto tuned it. I press and hold the trigger but the pan and tilt don't lock. Please help.

Urgent help wanted from fellow users. Just bought a new RONIN SC. The main unit (not the battery grip) has a large silver lock lever, which is used to lock the battery grip onto the main unit, that lock when used as intended does not go and CLICK at the end or anything. It just only becomes slightly tighter, it does its job but there's no tactile click. Have i got a faulty lock or this is how it behaves normally ? I even tried operating the lock without the battery grip and observed the small silver locking mechanism can hardly be seen moving even when the lock lever is moved to lock and unlock positions. Can someone confirm ? Thanks.

Only question I have is.. Will this work on iPhone? I knew that robin sc movements still working but will it be fully functional? My Osmo Mobile can’t handle iPhone XS Max+Moment Lens+small rig setup.

I’ve tried everything to balance the pan-axis and it won’t balance correctly 🤦♂️ , this is my first gimbal !
I had the same problem for my a6400. Was driving me nuts because the camera wouldn't rotate as said in the instructions but the test would read, "pan rebalancing needed." Tried it 3 more times without changing anything and next thing you know it was excellent. Go figure.
