    Love the Ram Ryft! Hats off to addicted RC for that cage!! I watch busted knuckle films 1:1 rock bouncers on RUclips. There are a couple that look somewhat similar to your green chassis. They happen to be my favorites as well. I love this rig.

    Think metal shock pistons would help hold up to the harsh hits ????

    • @ExocagedRC
      @ExocagedRC  Год назад +2

      Don’t know. There is a LOT of fluid that has to pass through these pistons.

    • @mikellewis2346
      @mikellewis2346 Год назад +1

      @@ExocagedRC could make them o-ringed like the m2c pistons ive seen, and make the holes in the pistons smooth around the edges to help the oil move freely throw the pistons holes. I would have figured woth that much weight an size the stock shocks would have came with metal pistons to start with. Mite be worth talking to Arthur about.

  • @toolbaggers
    @toolbaggers Год назад +2

    Maybe thicker oil with larger piston holes might be nicer on the pistons.

  • @craigengelman1369
    @craigengelman1369 Год назад +4

    might be a good idea to add second pair of shocks without springs to kinda act like a bypass shock...... also try using some real shock oil like fox , motul or kyb .

    • @boduke9428
      @boduke9428 Год назад +3

      Was coming to ask the same thing. Is he gonna add the second set without a spring like on the Raminator.

    • @ExocagedRC
      @ExocagedRC  Год назад +3

      There are no provisions for a second set of shocks on the cage. I gotta make these work.

    • @craigengelman1369
      @craigengelman1369 Год назад +3

      add a mount to the cage or get rid of the plastic parts and use metal with viton orings like a real racing shock then use real shock oil

      Cheap China stuff like all this stuff is

  • @toolbaggers
    @toolbaggers Год назад +3

    It would perform even better if the batteries were mounted lower the chassis. Yes, I know it's a drastic improvement over stock. They should be mounted as low as possible unless you are Traxxas that tries to mask the lack of power with a high center of gravity chassis that allows it to wheelie easily. Strange they deliberately make it handle poorly. I guess if they pick up too much speed, they break!
