What's the ender pearl trick?
Dig a long pit, fill it completely with water so that there is no flowing water. Put the soul sand on the bottom, then the water will start pushing up all the entities. Put a trapdoor over the pit, open it, throw the pearl into the water. It won't teleport you since it hasn't touched a single block. As soon as the trapdoor closes, ender pearl will touch it and you will get to this place.
If you use a very long system of sculk blocks so that you can teleport a long distance, you will need chunk loaders in the path of the sonic signal
