Very clean and minimal setup, I love it! Is the inbox a seperate database? How do you process them into the respective resources, tasks, projects & notes databases? I now have seperate inboxes for them.

Goals seems to be a bit too simple to be honest. Having a Q1-Q4 tag/lane is nice. But what happens when you're working with this system for multiple years? :)
Create relation properties to resource, task, note databases in project template, then click on those properties (property's name in project template creation) and select "show as", you can see the default value is "As property" -> change to "As page section"
Is this more personal than business? what you recommend? I would like to keep personal separate from by businesses but I'm finding that there are a lot of crossing lines.

I would recommend going with CognifyX Second Brain for that case. There you have a separate project manager, to-do list, journal and even expense/income tracker for both personal life and business. For like 30 bucks it's a steal compared to most templates considering how much there is. The only drawback for me was the lack of tutorials but even then it only took me like 30 minutes to set everything up (migrating old data) and now it is the only thing I use.
If you click add icon on the top of a page there are 3 tabs. The first is emojis, the second is icons (the ones he's using) and the third is upload custom icon.
