I'm upgrading my cars suspension. What do I need then? This Damper or a Coilover, or a high performance shocks and springs whatsoever? I'm confused.. This damper looks like a complete shock assembly to me.

Equations to calculate what you’ve just seen:
Nat freq= sqrt of k/m
Damp freq=nat freq*sqrt of 1-damping ratio
Damping ratio= c/2*sqrt of k*m
If damping ratio is 1 it’s overdamped, and if it’s =1 it’s critically damped.
k=Spring stiffness
m=Mass
c=Damping coefficient
Nat freq=Natural frequency of the spring
sqrt=Square root
Damp freq=Damped frequency

Wow, "Cover" seems really expensive. I recently used "insure4aday" to insure a car for 24hrs just so i could move it from A to B, and it was less than half the cost of Cover.
It's not a flat rate thing. I used it when buying my car to drive it home and got prices much lower than his quotes.

Even through they cost $300 for a poxy Ebay set that ruined their car when their existing ones were perfectly good. Even swapping out springs on OE ones are better than cheap Ebay or amazon shite.
