Hello, thank you so much for this informative video! I am wondering for the criminal record check is this something I must obtain myself or will the embassy conduct the check when I submit my visa application?
Thank you so much Mundey. I understand becoming an auto-entrepreneur in order to freelance as a foreign student having completed my studies will require a a business plan and other documents. Could you please advise me on who to get in touch with for the paper works? I am into medical /clinical research. Many thanks !

Hi Munday! Thanks so much. Question: Can Americans apply? Do you need to learn French or no? Are there any requirements about working with French people or can we keep all clients in America? Are there any requirements in terms of what the business plan has to look like or have in it!? I have requested a 15 minute consult with you!
Hello , yes American can apply, you not need to know French in the beginning but will be required later depending how long you are looking to stay in France. You can continue to work with clients anywhere. It more about where you will be paying taxes. At the end of the month I will be releasing a course and guide on how to do the french visa business plan. I will send you a link to it when it is released. Also for your appointment I didn't see your booking maybe try again. I hope this helps
Hello, You do this With business plan that shows what you currently earn and potential earning and providing proof of how you can earn this potential earnings
Hi! Thank you for posting your video in English, I was trying to find good info regarding the same auto entrepreneurship in France. I am already a student in Paris and am going to file for entrepreneurship to sell my product online in amazon here. Can I still provide my business plan to prefecture saying I am going to do business with websites like Amazon here in France or it has to be my own online website business? Thanks
Hello Afsana I your business plan I would write exactly what you plan to do but what they want to see most is that you will be able to earn money and support yourself and not be dependant on the system. So make sure the numbers are solide. I hope this helps :)
Hello thank you for uploading this video It’s really help, follow question for this( I have familial visa here in France and allowed to work). And I have a account at URSSAF, the question is if I have this kind of visa do I need to apply again in prefecture? Thank you
This is so informative! Thanks for sharing. I got my siret number and I have 2-3 activities to do and I have to apply for auto entrepreneur visa before Jan 2023 I am currently in France wit APS status. I was wondering if there’s anyone or you can help me for the administration. I am kinda lost.
I know you probably won't be able to answer this but I couldn't find any concrete confirmation on a specific subject, some say yes some dont have any idea. So: Can you become a freelancer and be self-employed on a LONG-STAY visa? If I am a student on my bachelor's degree: can I run a small business as an expat?
Hi thanks for the info so really helpful may I know if which bank statement should I have to present the embassy or the visa center the one where I am resident at or in France? If not will my bank statement here at my country of origin will be enough? Thank you so much 💓

The business plan should back up your cover letter. If you are already a freelancer show your earnings over the last year and your projections of earnings in the future and supply any evidence you have to support those projections. here is a web-site that might be good to check out this guys blogs explains in good detail: theamericaninparis.com/2019/02/19/how-to-get-the-profession-liberale-visa-the-basics/
