His best feat is creating a book of scenarios that anticipated how a trial will play out after his death, getting Kaito to act as both himself and Kokochi to disguise which one of them was still alive which links into his next feat. Created a near perfect/ unsolvable crime that proved that Monokuma wasn't omniscient to invalidate the class trials and prove that one of the other surviving students was helping Monokuma, aiding the survivers in finding the mastermind and thus ending the killings. Through his deductions, hit very close to the truth behind the game/killings, without use of a flashback light, which is what everyone used to recover their lost memories and the other students only realized after being exposed to the flashback light, based on the truth that he deduced, manipulated one of the students into killing the person who was going to kill him, thus the student who commited the murder was excecuted despite Kokochi being the mastermind, to add to this the student didn't even mind being exceuted because, Kokochi with a mix of lies and as I said before his deductions of the the truth, made him filled with despair and hopelessness in living that he became conviced that killing aas actually a mercy. He also left clues to solve the vault of Rantaro which doesn't make sense tbh as you can't access his room until the 6th case and Kokochi shouldn't have been able to either but hey it is another one of his feats. He does have other feats but these are some of his most notable.
Horikita mid diff, she deduced kiriyama entire plan during the kiryuin shoplifting case and in y2v10, outmaneuvered koenji and countered the other class leaders during special exam, kiyo after the exam even said she made the best decisions for her situation. She so underrated cuz making ayanokoji smile overshadows her feats, even Arisu is seeing ayanokoji’s style in her way of thinking now.
Yeah, she decuced the plan of Kiriyama,but it was clearly mentioned that Kiriyama intentionally wanted to be caught, The survival and dropout special exam, Horikita's strategy against against ichinose was completely seen through by ichinose and Ryuuen, and Ryuuen used this into make Sakayanagi think that there is no cooperation so that he can hunt down Sakayanagi in second half, As for koenji, koenji completely saw through Horikita's intentions and answered currently the difficult question, and Sakayanagi also saw through the intention of Horikita easily, She is still not close to Ryuuen and Sakayanagi and Ichinose is also catching up to her, Kiriyama beats current Horikita Suzune

Ichinose quite literally got lucky due to circumstance.
