On February 8, 2014, Universal Studios Florida debuted an all-new version of the Beetlejuice Graveyard Revue featuring a mashup of classic pop and rock songs along with a few contemporary tunes including What Does the Fox Say and Royals. Beetlejuice is joined by Dracula, Wolfman, Frankenstein's monster, Bride of Frankenstein, Phantasia, and Cleo.
"Sorry I'm late. Had to get my suit back from Robin Thicke". I'm glad I'm not the only one that made that connection.

I liked the last incarnations opening where BJ "transformed" the classic monsters into these modern incarnations.
When they were singing I kept waiting for BJ to yell, "What are you doing? Monsters don't dance!"
They need to take off the Fear Factor Live show and replace it with the Beetlejuice show again.
this was one of the highlights from our whole day there! and man that dracula could SING!
That guy who played Beetlejuice in this was amazing.

Love it! I only ever saw this and the original version from the early 90s, one time each. I remember when I saw this particular version live, there were a couple of differences. Before the show started proper, Beetlejuice mentioned that he "used to live in your VCR", and apparently whichever audience member he was addressing was young enough to not know what one of those was (BJ: "Look, can you spell VCR?"). And he held up signs during the "Smooth Criminal"/"Sweet Dreams" mashup that said things like "Who's Annie?" and "She unfriended you, bro".

Michael Keaton has always said he loves the Beetlejuice character the most, and would love to do a sequel, but the idea has been tossed around and I don't know if it will happen or not, but I hope if they do, they do it justice.

No matter how many hate comments people give this version, it is super sad that the whole show is gone and replaced with F+F Supercharged. Not only was the show really charming and had a nostalgia factor but the venue was used for Rocky Horror for a while during HHN. Really sucks that they took it down for a ride version of the section in Universal Hollywood that is insignificant. EDIT- Also forgot to mention how amazing the vocals are in this show, juicy harmonies and killer riffs by all the cast members
Damn, what an awesome mash-up of classic 80s hits. Love it. Mixing the Eurythmics "Sweet Dreams" and Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal" was a perfect collaboration. The woman who plays Cleo is hot.
I absolutely love this version! I also loved the other ones but. There's something about this one that i really love! Cant wait to see this again!

This show is more ridiculous. It's targeted to younger children. But one thing tho: it's FRICKING BEETLEJUICE!!! IT HAS TO BE CREEPY AND PLENTY OF JOKES!!!
They should have sticked to Beetlejuice's iTunes. 4:30 just look how much fun Frankenstein's is having.

Yeah, I remember seeing this in May of 2000, and it was only Beetlejuice, Phantom, Wolfman, Drac, B.O Frankenstein and Frankenstein. There were no additional characters. But its all good. I
I personally think they did a good job. I mean I think they really suit their character. they're all unique characters and I think they're pretty good. them and the other group I saw when I went to Orlando.

I just saw this show last week and i have to say its a whole lot better. They got a new guy to play Beetlejuice and he sounds and acts a lot like the original from the movie

Not sure what I think of this yet. I just hope that once I go see it live, and the actors have time to settle into the new rolls, that it becomes (a least) a tad bit less awkward.

This is cute, but I'm glad we didn't waste the time to watch it during our visit. The best part was the Sweet Dreams/Smooth Criminal mash-up, and the only characters I enjoyed and thought had talent worthy of Universal were Bride, Fantasia, and Dracula.

this is like a boy band's first horror show.
2006-2013 was so so so good! "Let's Get It Started", "It's Raining Men", and etc. welcomed me into a time machine back to the 80's. Although this show is different...it brings good AND bad things to the stage...some really good choreography no doubt. Willing to come back to Orlando and try this show LIVE instead of in front of my computer...(: giving them a 80/100% for starters.
Even with the new reboot, this show is stuck in the early 90's.

Im glad they didn't do thriller, that song gets dugged up and reburied EVERY halloween for zombie/ghosts/monsters. And that sweet dreams and smooth criminal remix mashup was super cool
The old version was way better loved how Beetlejuice had interaction with the audience before the show began....

Beetlejuice has always been like Disney and the entertainment at Busch Gardens and Sea World. It is GREAT!!! These people work 5 or more days a week. They hit their marks AND they do it in character. I don't know how they do it. If I could, I would be working their now.

Beetlejuice 2 is in the works this is why they have Beetlejuice at Universal Studios. I don't mind I love Beetlejuice I want to check it out it looks cool.

The original version of this was better
She's an "urban descendent of the Mummy." Not intended to be the historical queen. the Mummy is one of the main 8 Universal Monsters. And are you talking about the original, or the previous version? The show has been revamped three times, you know.

Well growing up I loved watching the original beetle juice revival @universal studios Hollywood. With music like queen acdc that was great I hope Hollywood would doesn't bring this version to our universal it just doesn't do it justice. I agree they have turned it into glee, high school Musical crap.... :(

is this still at universal studios Orlando? atleast we did not see it in summer 2016? but I saw Beetlejuice atleast this would be nice to see we are coming back January 2017
Unfortunately, it's not at Universal Studios Orlando anymore. It was closed on January 5th of 2016 to make way for Fast & Furious: Supercharged (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beetlejuice's_Rock_and_Roll_Graveyard_Revue). I just hate it when the people who runs the Universal Studios park in Orlando, Florida replaces all of the glassic stuff with all of this new stuff that we have absolutely no interest in. It just isn't right. Today's generations should also be introduced to the same rides and pre-shows that we enjoyed as kids when we went to Universal Studios Orlando with our families of the early, mid and late 1990s.
