I never knew they were so jumpy. I thought they just ran around a lot.
They do, maybe for this test the author didnt put those pathfinding nodes on the ground. If you dont put them in the map maker the AI usually just stands around.
In game you always fight them in multilayered arenas so I think they were trying to jump up on to crates and walkways that didn't exist.
There's at least 80 info_node entities on the map. They're jumping to them.

A cut feature was female assassin doing melee kick attacks. But this proved to be too slow for them as they're supposedly agile.
Hl1 Nades for some reason does unusually high damage in gmod. Even hecu grunt are so like this as well.
Extra note: assassins only throw grenade if you're looking at them while close up. They never throw if they're out of your view.
Imagine Enduring Intense Training and being hand picked from the Top of your Military School only to be Killed by a Friendly Grenade while fighting a Zombie that needs to get Closed.

In my mind the Assassin chicks are wearing power suits similar to Crysis nano suit so it would make sense why they can flip into the air and punch Gordon's HEV suit
they would have survive alot more if they actually jump away instead of jumping into their own grenade
so funny that majority of assassins, if not all of killed, in first round died cause of friendly fire
Truly incredible, most the times the assassins lost it was because they killed each other.
The Assassins are more successful at tossing grenades at each other than killing Zombies.
I don't notice when my wife gets a new haircut or clothes but I immediately notice jiggling boobs on a pixelated game character. I see other fine gentlemen in the comment section have this ability too.

Right, I'd be more surprised if GbS actually coded an exception for the stealth that makes hostile (or even friendly/neutral, since that filtering takes extra) forget their spots until firing.

Assasins are more likely to die from friendly fire due to a grenade thrown by another assasin by her side.
PE: This female assasin was a cut out content from the original Half Life, she was also scripted to enter into rage mode, this rage mode consists in mantaining direct line of sight with her, that will make her mad and thus throwing a grenade at you, and as we see, the headcrab zombies were triggering this behaviour constantly because they are just scripted to slowly move towards you without breaking line of sight.
assasins are not cut from half life, and are present in the game, and this line of sight behaviour works only for players, but not npcs. this behaviour seems to be ignoring the notarget the player had, and he had them in sight so he triggered the rage
@@Ryor97 never seen em in any of my original Half Life runs. Although I did know the existance of them thanks to a Half Life fan tan knows about coding and scripting.
@@EmilicoYamigos well then you didnt play the game entirely. they appear in small groups only twice in game. first time is before chapter "Residue processing", right before grunts ambush you. and the second time is in the beggining of "Lambda core" chapter
Kinda annoying that they have to move around too fast to avoid your attacks then harass you from a distance

They don't respawn. I just start the map multiple times at different difficulty levels.
@@GGRetroBattles How do you even add NPCs to this map? And what kind of map is this anyway? (if anything, I use a translator, so there may be errors in translation)
I used Worldcraft to create a Half-Life map.
