    Online addictions:
    1. Facebook
    2. Instagram
    3. Whatsapp
    4. RUclips
    5. e-Shopping apps
    6. News apps
    7. e-mails
As we can not totally avoid these, everyone needs to learn to use them wisely (sharp, short, non-frequent, for-purpose use).
    Give more time to:
    1. Reading books
    2. Meeting friends
    3. Going for nature outings
    4. Quality time with family and relatives (no electronic devices)

We have youtube, housewives busy with tv serials thruout the day, The old are busy with their smartphones & we see them more lonely & depressed than ever. Even children spend their time on smartphones resulting in hyperactive behavior.

Hi Mr Singh, that's a great point you touched upon. How I see it is, it's not one app, the entire smartphone, the tech revolution, the online content consumption is a distraction. We are only consuming, not acting on it. Even your startup derives from the demand of consumption. The fact is, humans are capable of creating things on their own, they don't need online content to tell them what to do and if we are depending on online content to change our lives, then we won't change it anyway.

How did you reconcile with the fact that you had already built an efficient system of more than hundred whatsapp groups to help out your employees in running your company.
How and what did you replace that system with?

smartphones and aplications are tools, and should be considered and used as a tools only. Smartphone should make your life easier, and not be an essence of life. Thats a big difference. The moment you understand the matter of problem, you are ready to solve it. in this case to use smartphone on your advantage

Rather than Deleting Distractfull Applications, Leaving Groups, etc You should Train your mind to Not get distracted instead of having those apps.
MIND IS INDEED VERY DIFFICULT TO CONTROL BUT BY PRACTICE AMD DETENTION IT CAN BE CONTROLLED...
