After watching the video, I was commenced thinking about certain people live, in places in New Delhi, where I am residing with reference to my job, I always wonder about appalling behaviour of a certain branch of people, and they don't fear about police, administration and not even government. What source do they have or what motives them to stand tall, like an invincible army on this planet and that forces me to rethink about this city as a capital of India.
