Superb! I made your corned beef cottage pie today for my family visiting us. They took the remnants for dinner tomorrow. One 340g tin is enough for 4 adults and 2 very young children. Two massive French baguettes helped. They also snaffled the Co-Op trifle that I had bought for dessert. Bloody Gannets!😘
When I moved house, mam & dad helped. Mam made a plate pie, minced beef & onion. The removal men said it was the best thing they’d ever been given 😊 Looks a great recipe & I’ll be trying it

How did you manage to remove the pie from the pie pan with the pie remaining in such perfect condition? It's so enjoyable watching you creating delicious looking food.
If the mince is that red, lean and you get it from the local market I would guess that it's buffalo mince Khun Rik since you live in Chiang Mai. However if it came from the supermarket I really have no idea because they don't sell buffalo meat in there for sure.
I use the mince beef at Makro Chiangmai and I think they may mince up all the over stock that has not been sold - thts the usual practice. You could be right though Sarawut that is for sure - you never know here! Best, Rik
