I really did try to like this game when I played it. Truly. But when you have far more compelling examples of outlaw characters just waiting to have stories told, Kay just felt really boring by comparison, like a plucky Han Solo wannabe. She's really not the type of character I vibe with when I think of a game focusing on Outlaws and Smugglers, and I actually thought some of the auxiliary characters and villains would have been better fits for the protagonist. I got pretty bored of the story because it just feels like one that's been told tons of times recently in the books and comics outside of this game, especially coming off the heels of Fallen Order and Survivor, whose stories I did genuinely enjoy - namely because of how much I liked Cal's internal journey - so if you're like me and consume every scrap of Star Wars media, she felt tired before she was even introduced. No spoilers here for anyone who wants to play it, but some of the plot points just left me sitting there going "Wait, THIS GUY? Seriously?" when viewed within the wider narrative of the franchise as a whole. I don't think the game is a total irredeemable dumpster fire or on the level of the "worst thing ever made", but I also don't think it's good either. More power to the people who played it and enjoyed it, but it just really wasn't the game for me.
I will not play it. I’m here to support a highly regarded creator and their channel. I don’t consider any Star Wars products past the first 6 movies anything I will consume and have not. Shows, movies and games minus the force and lightsabers don’t interest me. Regardless the content is great. The edits and cuts, the script and overall production value is top notch T and K!

Things about the game are fine but with the limited time i have to play i tend to immerse myself in games easy to do so. Many things in this game allow that, But i cannot get past the AI. The AI takes away all my immersion. It is so bad and cheap

As yes gotta love the OUTLAW themed game where you play as a rich kid who is going around only hurting the bad guys cause that what a real outlaw it. If they wanted people to like the game it should’ve been actually have been like rdr/ rdr2 but no. We got this crap game no one wants and I’m tired of creators, jurnos and others talking down to people cause they don’t want this. If people aren’t buying it there’s a reason it’s not a wave of hate it’s just a bad game.
If you want to play non lightsaber star wars game, go play sw:tor as a trooper, bounty hunter or imperial agent. You get awesome story telling plus you can play on sith side as non force user and avoid this garbage of a game.

They make good games, splinter cell is one of my all-time favourites assassins creed up to black flag and even watchdogs 1 and 2 were good. Ghost recon wildlands is brilliant breakpoint is good too. If you avoid them because you might be labelled a "fan boy," you're missing out on some really good games.
