Thank you very much, Vidya! We're both glad to know that you enjoy watching our videos! I'm creating these videos as a tribute to my bapama's delicious recipes. I just feel that people will like and subscribe if they enjoy the videos, I don't feel like pushing people to do it, like the other youtubers. But I will keep your suggestion in mind and gently ask people to like & sub, thanks! 😊

Ashwin I think you are chief ?
Tamarind?
Yes, tamarind
Mother is going on pouring water every now and then in the hot gravy ...🙄.....when the gravy is hot on boiling temperature its always good to put hot water to add on the gravy not cold water ...
When cooking in small quantities, the drop in temperature due to adding 100ml room temperature water does not affect the end product as much as adding 20 liters during bulk preparation. But yes, what you said is the correct way to do it. Professional chefs always keep a cauldron of boiling water to hydrate their dishes when cooking.
Hot water is needed only for rice items...otherwise we use normal water like this.
Mention ingredients in english please
Sure, it's in the description.
Piyavu ghallale sagle. Laika jalla bapama.
