My gosh every single piece is absolutely beautiful!! I LOVE the floppy bowl! So sorry it cracked like that. Definitely need to wire off so the bottom doesn’t stick. Thanks for the mention about your witness cones lol. Nothing to be embarrassed about at all. Gosh I just love how upbeat you are. You have a constant smile on your face and I can tell how much you are enjoying yourself!! So.. about the baby poop color from the cosmic tea dust over snow LOL. I have a ginger jar that I applied snow to the entire thing then applied CTD to the very top so it would run and it’s sooo beautiful! I’ve never put the CTD completely over the snow, glad I don’t have to learn the hard way now, but when you put it over the rim or too to allow it to flow it’s gorgeous! Thanks so much for showing us your kiln opening. 😊
I had to watch your opening twice! Love seeing your excitement as well as your growth with what works well and what could be improved upon. Really magical that CTD on your insense burner and my first piece came out more brown which I know I could put more on (so thin right out of the bottle). Thanks for sharing and keep up the good work! Have you tried the Mayco flux with the peacock technique? Oh my I did it twice with such beautiful results! So much fun creating! 🌻
Hi, I’ve been doing stoneware cone 9 or 10 for years and am loving the cone 6 glazes, I’m in Adelaide SA and wondering where you get the midfire clay from? It’s very expensive in our local pottery store. Also have watched many of your kiln openings, very pretty pots! Jude
It's very cool that the refire of the star bowl still has one blue star in the bottom. Perfect! And your flop bowl turned out lovely.
Oh well spotted!! We didn’t even realise that until after!
Thanks for sharing from PEI Canada. Enjoying your kiln openings 😊 love your positivity
Thankyou so much! Wow Canada amazing xx
I like the tiny bowl inside your noodle bowl. Great idea
Thank you! 😊
