The hardest part is having all these conditions met for that combo to be possible as missing even one would cause this combo to fail. Chances of putting your opponent in the corner while keep full 6 bars of drive meter is already a very difficult feat. Not to mention having them poisoned and throwing out a DP without draining your drive meter too much for this combo to fail. A possible scenario I can think of is when you get hit by a stun combo in the corner and recovered with full drive meter and then back throw your opponent into the corner. Drop a puddle and hope he does a DP and whiff or something. But chances of that happening is little to none, you won't see this combo in real matches.
