Hi Vince- this looks like a winner. As for the spices, I’m with you. The garlic powder is something I also avoid- the onion one doesn’t much bother me oddly enough. BTW, the kitchen looks fab! Enjoy it! 👍
Sweet tater tarts ;). I think chef john did a similar recipe a couple of years ago ..... never seen him so angry, hehe. Thanks for sharing!! I am in the mood for a nice mild sweet tater with a dash of salt and a dab of .... marg. Thank you for the video and I feel you with the mature digestion. ;)
Yes, I have to be on a high magnesium diet. I'm getting older and certain foods I can't eat anymore. Didn't know 36 was going to be like this...lol. Love your content, keep up the good work!
Been wondering what to do with the giant can of yams someone gave me. I love pie, but my husband doesn't. He doesn't like them candied either, and I, of course, won't eat ordinary marshmallows. I may use a tad bit of ground pecans or almonds in mine, minus the onions and garlic, and the oily nuts likely would obviate the coconut oil. Hmm.... Thanks, sugar; you got me thinking. That's the best gift us Aspies can ask for.
Just wanted to THANK YOU for mentioning your inability to use garlic/onion powder. I can't tolerate ANY strong spices/seasonings/flavors of any kind as I have a very medically compromised digestive system. Unfortunately, most plant based recipes are heavy on those items!
awesome thanks i will try
Those look great and so easy to make!
Oh Yum 😋 can't wait to try these thanks Vince stay safe

You can make a smoothie with it. Freeze it before hand and throw it in a blender with a banana...super good!
Can we use cheddar or Parmesan without compromising texture?
Could I substitute the sweet potatoes for normal potatoes?
Any crunch?
What happened to Vince?
I was wondering the same thing
