But I have a small suggestion. Those who are above 50 having diabetes or not it is better to take 1 aspirin daily. It will avoid clotting of blood in the bloodstream which is good for our whole body working. I do not think it will make bleeding internally. If there is a free blood flow so many deceases can be prevented. Aspirin 80gm will be enough.
Thanks. Most recent studies show aspirin given for just prevention could be more harmful. If indicated it is fine.

@@jothydev I am 59 years old and diabetic for 30 years and having aspirin for 15 years. From my experience I feel it is good for our health.
If our sugar level is 110 or 250 what is the difference?
Whether any of our body parts are affected because of sugar is most important. Isn't Dr.
My sugar level always stand more than 200 after taking food. Till this time because of sugar i am not having any problems healthwise. I am perfectly fine.
Doctor if you feel what I have written is right please convey my message to the respective network.
+thank u krishna thank u krishna
Dear Sir, your point is well taken. The most concerning problem with uncontrolled blood sugars is the increased risk of heart attacks, stroke, retinal disease, peripheral vascular disease over long duration as a consequence of metabolic memory in the system, and symptoms may appear very late. Hence very important to keep blood sugars under target. Multiple cohort studies have shown aspirin may tend to have more risks over benefits especially if used in primary prevention (like if no significant family history); there might be an increased risk of internal organ bleeding, hence aspirin should be taken only if indicated and advised by your doctor.
Regards,
Dr.Rohit Warrier, Chief Diabetologist, Jothydev's Diabetes & Research Center, Kochi.
Thank you doctor. One more suggestion. Please advice sugar patients to drink at least 10 glass of water. It is good for them. This is including tea, milk etc. It will take care of cleaning internal system especially kidneys.
I hope doctor a drug must be invented if taken orally sugar must disappear from the body instead of life long medications.
Have a nice day.
