Hi Lalita, Olive skin has both neutral and warm undertones along with green, an undertone that is considered unique to olive skin only. If you have olive skin, then you might find that certain colours in all three undertones suit your skin.

Hi Ossama, dried turmeric is prepared by boiling the rhizomes, drying them in a hot oven, and then grinding the dried roots. Like many dried spices, it will lose its potency in about six months, so you should think of rotating your stock. Fresh turmeric is harder to find but well worth the hunt 🙂

Hi ehatvis the difference between retinol and aha which works best to fade pigmentaion plz say peeling solution or retinols and what is the difference
retinol is an active ingredient that can be harsh but shows results for aging skin, extreme pigmentation and acne
aha's are skincare acids like glycolic acid or lactic acid etc. which are more for evening out skin texture and skin tone, this is easier to use and less harsh than retinol, especially for beginners
Peeling solutions have high concentrations of AHAs in them and quickly exfoliate away the top layer of your skin. They're also not recommended for beginners.

Hi, if you have a cool undertone, stick with pink and green, as well as purples and reds that have pink tones to them. Think: sky blues, cobalt, frosty purples, emerald greens, light grassy tones and anything pastel. If you like to wear warmer colors, try lipstick reds or super-pale yellows. Avoid palettes that are too orange or bright yellow-they'll overpower you. If you want to incorporate a warmer color into your outfit, you can use extremely pale yellows, rose reds and ruby.

Hi there, both Alpha Arbutin and Kojic Acid are excellent chemicals against hyperpigmentation. Kojic Acid is more effective but has a very small shelf life and becomes less effective too soon while Alpha Arbutin could be much more manageable when it comes to a daily skincare routine.
Please do a patch test before application.

Hi Nusrat, the rule of thumb for picking your concealer shade is based on your foundation shade. Everyone should have two shades of concealer in their arsenal, one lighter and one darker since daily sun exposure means your skin tone shifts slightly all the time.
The first shade should be the same as your skin to cover anything on your face, like a blemish. The second concealer shade should be one or two shades lighter for places like your under-eye area.

Hi glamrs!!!
I wanted a solution for this problem.
I have recently invested in this long lasting lipstick .
Once i come back home ,Even after using coconut oil to remove the lipstick it does not fully go it still remains .
I dont lipstick pigments to stay back on my lips.
What should i do to remove it ? and also what can i do to prevent it next time from happening .?
Hi Fiona, prime with lip balm first so its not directly getting on the lips and continue taking it off with coconut oil but follow up coconut oil with miscellar water cleansers.
