    Latonya is one of the few interviewees I can tell isn’t sugar coating or over dramatizing stories , she’s telling the ugly truth of skid row. And for her to be so calloused to admit she’s sold herself for $20 makes me so sad for her, I really hope she can get herself into better places with healthier people

      @@MerkleAkrunphleuphle all the people interviewed are brave for speaking their truth but in some interviews I think some people are guarded about some details. There’s been sex workers who I think have pretended they’ve made more money , done fun things, met great people not to glorify the lifestyle but to some degree protect their self image.
      By callous I’m saying her views and feelings are so hardened by that life to not feel how demeaning selling herself to feed an addiction(for any amount obv isn’t ok)but for as low as $20 .

    Notice how quiet Mark is when she’s talking. One of the very few interviews where he’s not asking questions to the person. She’s just talking and he’s letting her. It’s almost like whatever he’s thinking of asking her, she’s just giving him the answers without him prompting her with questions. Just natural, fluid and transparent. She’s a gift.

    Love her!!! The best interviews are the ones where Mark doesn't have to ask any questions. I think her humorous personality saved her from a serial killer. I bet he liked her.enough not to kill her.

Functioning alcoholic who’s smart as hell, college graduate and everything else under the sun but chooses addiction over everything but baby let me tell you she doesn’t back down, she keeps it going no matter what. It’s something about folks that were born from 1946-1964 (baby boomers) hit different.

    I said this on previous video, that accent, she'd pack seats in a London theatre.
    She really is such a talented human being, lyrical, wise - the most impressive individual on this channel. Wish someone would help her to spread her word - I see books, documentaries, the works.
