I know she feels like her man was sent from God. But women need to be careful about men who are so willing to come in to their lives and fix their broken pieces. I think those men are usually after the children. So she better watch out for her daughter.

If Ishii's new man is encouraging her to come off drugs then his intentions regarding her daughter are probably OK. The men who are after the children will push the addiction in order to get access to the child while the mother is out of it. Day two is very early on but my money is on Ishii. She needs counselling to deal with the grief and guilt about her son's death. An accident that could happen to many an exhausted lone parent. There is an element of luck in all of our lives and there but for the grace of God ........
Also worried about guy who doesn’t really know her and her daughter and has immediately moved them into his mobile home. Alarm bells ringing . Who’s looking after the daughter while she’s being interviewed ? Guy she hardly knows ?
When you walked over and put ur hand out and she looked up and grabbed it and you just held her. I busted out crying bc I could just see and feel that emotion & all her pain and your hug was a instant relief from all that hurt. Shz needed you to do this interview with her... she was dying inside holding a story like that in.
The fact isn’t lost to me that most people dealing with drug addiction want to work in the medical field. These people have been hurt so much and so often that they want to work in fields that could help people avoid what they’ve experienced
Dont feel ashamed about being on medication for your depression. I had never wanted to be on them but my thoughts got so dark they scared me and I immediately went to a doctor and got on meds and saw a therapist. Together they really helped! I hope you can find yourself sweety, just remember you have your beautiful baby girl and she needs you to teach her how to be a good person. I wish you all the best hun.
Absolutely. Some people really need medication to help them manage and get through the day, especially with depression. This lady needs a comprehensive treatment of drugs and and depression. Having the right counseling and drug medication/regimen can really help her.

Yes, I'm praying for this beautiful woman and praying that she will remain off drugs. Sadly, it is not safe for her daughter to be in her care presently, she needs to be sober and to get into her apartment. Also, she stated that the man in her life doesn't even know them, which means she doesn't know him, yet. That is not a safe environment for a child, he could be a great guy, or he could not be. Ugh ! I dk when people think like this. A mom is a mom. To try and not severe the bond is always the best thing. Help the mom instead of making the child feel motherless.
The guilt is eating her alive. I lost my 2 year old son due to an accident (that i was responsible for) i numbed my self with alcohol on and off over a decade to just not feel the guilt. You can’t grieve properly when everytime you feel the loss your guilt is the devil’s voice inside of you. Now i‘m sober and love me again. It was a long rough way but it is worth it! Mark, you gave her the one thing she wanted, needed most in her life.. someone who showed they cared for her. That helped to restore her a little more than before. It doesn’t cost a thing to give in this way yet it is more valuable than anything that can be bought. I instantly thought the same thing. This man took her and her daughter off the streets, but she’s only been clean 2 days. I truly hope she is able to stay clean and sober. I hope she’s able to get help for her addiction and depression.

Ooh Amen to this comment! While sifting through my thoughts and memories during therapy while we tried to figure out where my depression started, it first started with a rough childhood and never meeting my father; however, most situations afterwards that triggered depression including when I started using meth, I could connect every one of those bad times to bad situations that I was in with men. I'm not blaming the men particularly for my demise, but as soon as I decided to remain single and find love and acceptance within ME and not from guys, that's when I cleaned up, stood up, and raised up to the depression. It's really hard to do because most of us are afraid of being "alone", but finding that love inside yourself means you'll never be alone. Please let this woman find the peace and love internally 🙏🏾❤️

I feel terrible for this woman. She is beautiful and really needs help, a good mental treatment program. I think these type of videos can be really triggering for folks. It's to find a balance I think for Mark or anyone in this position. Asking them questions can really trigger them and possibly get them more depressed, but at the same time you can tell she really needed to talk. I can tell by Mark's tone and pauses that he is really touched by her story, her helplessness, etc. I hope we can get an update from her. Thanks for what you are doing Mark.
She just wanted the same life we all have. The married with children, untouched, safe and healthy. I pray she gets to see that one day. She's had heartbreak after heartbreak. Most empaths attract abusive people. I wish i could help her

I am an empath and all my life I have attracted abusive people who want to step on me and crush me for absolutely no reason; even those I have helped. I am glad this woman knows about God; because He is the only One who can help her straighten out her life. I accepted the Lord as my Savior at a very young age, so He protected me from a lot of abusive situations. However, all of us will be abused in one form or another as we go through life. I was never abused by parents or husbands or boyfriends; however, I suffered in he workplace and from people in general. At this point in my life I try to have very little contact with people; because as you rightly state empaths attract abusive people. You sound like an empath yourself. What has been your experience living life as an empath? How have you dealt with being different from other people and being misunderstood? Jesus was the quintessential empath; so I try to follow His example, but still life can be difficult.

Prayers for her finding inner peace.. She is unfit to parent right now mentally. I pray her child is safe around this man.. But unfortuanately this is never the case. Cps needs to watch this child.
I am glad that she has a home for herself and her daughter. Right now, Ishii is heartbreaking. I think her trauma is hitting her hard right now for several reasons; First, she’s coming off meth, which has left her even more raw and vulnerable. Secondly (and more significantly) this is this first time in a long time that she isn’t so overwhelmed by immediate crisis... that she can reflect on all that has happened. And finally, because Mark asked her about her life and provided an opportunity for her to tell her story, without judgement or criticism. I hope she can receive the support she needs to heal. And that the man in her life is sincere, and safe. She’s worth more as a survivor, than as a statistic. That goes double for her daughter.

I totally understand what she’s going through, but now it’s time to stop the crying and get off the dope, we are all grown and accept the things we do, I was addict for 15 plus years and now that I finally choose myself, I’m 234 days clean and finally have life back and not looking back, she can change if she wanted to. The hug at the end. GOD DAM. Got me. We are all human. Her feeling alone. We have just lost our way as a community. She is a more obvious example of societal breakdown, however even the more 'high functioning' members, I.E in jobs, homes still feel so alone. The role of community is so vital.
I thought she said that she worked for 18 years designing balloons, after her 2nd husband was killed, which was a year after her daughter was born. Now she has her daughter with her and the girl is 9 years old????? Is this lady confused or is it me??? Plus her son died, but would have been 3 years old now, and was fathered by the good husband who was killed when her 9 year old daughter was 12 months old???? WHAT??????

I read somewhere that people come into our lives for a reason whether its a short time or long time. And when they do , we sometimes learn from it if it affected our life in one way or another. I pray that this man Ishii is genuinely good and he has been sent to you to help you not feel lost and to give you guidance , love , and support that you desperately need. Not everyone has a chance to have these things and my heart breaks for them. Plus feeling lost is one of the worst feelings anyone can feel. You question your purpose in life and why you are here and it doesn't matter if you have 1 person or a thousand people supporting you. Its just a feeling that stays there and never goes away. I hear you. When you have been responsible, working 18 years at one job, working becomes so ingrained as your identity, that it becomes your sense of self worth. Being laid off can feel overwhelming and bring about crushing anxiety, depression, thoughts of hopelessness, even suicidal thoughts. One thing is certain, this too will pass, if you allow it. Although you may be unable to see the light at the end of the tunnel, it is there. Things worked out in the past for you didn't they? They will work out again. Trust that. Take hope from the other people on Marks channel, who Mark has helped, like Rita. She is so happy now.

I know this is selfish but these videos really get me down. I can’t understand how much evil occurs the world. With everything I have I wish they can recover and find happiness. They just need some trust, kindness and someone to talk to. Things people take for granted.....
I watch these stories all the time, as I am also an addict, I am in recovery though. Been clean a little over two years now. Anyway, Ishii’s story really broke my heart. The let downs and constant disappointment in her life is devastating, and, unfortunately, it’s probably all she knows. I will pray for her and her daughter. I know others have expressed it too, but this man that she, herself, even stated is a stranger, makes me leary and worry about his motives. I really hope for herself, but more so her daughters sake, he is the man she believes him to be. I know that making her daughter go through all the bad things she did is clearly not something she wishes to inflict on her. Her situation is just tough, and poor woman is just trying to make it better. I wish there was someway to reach out to her. I hope she knows that she is beautiful and worth it.
I'm so so glad she found someone special... so many people could be saved if they had more social support, someone actually caring and listening. This interview reminded me of Dr. Breggin talking about mentall health and loss of social connections. Note how she said, that the hardest moments were when all the tragedies happened and there was no one. We are not meant to suffer alone...

delores walmack Mark mentioned a few times during the interview, and at the end of the video, that Glenn is such a good guy. He spoke as if he knows him personally.
@@meganngeorge try to remember, Mark has worked on Skid Row for over a decade, he would know a lot of the people there who actually provide social services for the homeless and mentally ill on Skid Row. It sounds like Glenn may be someone who helps in that area.

It seems like they would've waited to give her daughter back after she'd gotten clean, but gettin her back hopefully makes her want to get clean for real, and STAY clean, I really hope that's what happens, and that they can live a wonderful long and healthy life together! If Ishii's new man is encouraging her to come off drugs then his intentions regarding her daughter are probably OK. The men who are after the children will push the addiction in order to get access to the child while the mother is out of it. Day two is very early on but my money is on Ishii. She needs counselling to deal with the grief and guilt about her son's death. An accident that could happen to many an exhausted lone parent. There is an element of luck in all of our lives and there but for the grace of God ........
She needs a lot of rehab, therapy and love. All the emotional pain she's holding might physically kill her.

When you walked over and put ur hand out and she looked up and grabbed it and you just held her. I busted out crying bc I could just see and feel that emotion & all her pain and your hug was a instant relief from all that hurt. Shz needed you to do this interview with her... she was dying inside holding a story like that in.

The fact isn’t lost to me that most people dealing with drug addiction want to work in the medical field. These people have been hurt so much and so often that they want to work in fields that could help people avoid what they’ve experienced

Dont feel ashamed about being on medication for your depression. I had never wanted to be on them but my thoughts got so dark they scared me and I immediately went to a doctor and got on meds and saw a therapist. Together they really helped! I hope you can find yourself sweety, just remember you have your beautiful baby girl and she needs you to teach her how to be a good person. I wish you all the best hun.
Absolutely. Some people really need medication to help them manage and get through the day, especially with depression. This lady needs a comprehensive treatment of drugs and and depression. Having the right counseling and drug medication/regimen can really help her.

Yes, I'm praying for this beautiful woman and praying that she will remain off drugs. Sadly, it is not safe for her daughter to be in her care presently, she needs to be sober and to get into her apartment. Also, she stated that the man in her life doesn't even know them, which means she doesn't know him, yet. That is not a safe environment for a child, he could be a great guy, or he could not be. She is severly depressed and at the tipping point.
The guilt is eating her alive. I lost my 2 year old son due to an accident (that i was responsible for) i numbed my self with alcohol on and off over a decade to just not feel the guilt. You can’t grieve properly when everytime you feel the loss your guilt is the devil’s voice inside of you.
Now i‘m sober and love me again. It was a long rough way but it is worth it! I send you all my love Ishii ❤️ you are a wonderful woman❤️

Ooh Amen to this comment! While sifting through my thoughts and memories during therapy while we tried to figure out where my depression started, it first started with a rough childhood and never meeting my father; however, most situations afterwards that triggered depression including when I started using meth, I could connect every one of those bad times to bad situations that I was in with men. I'm not blaming the men particularly for my demise, but as soon as I decided to remain single and find love and acceptance within ME and not from guys, that's when I cleaned up, stood up, and raised up to the depression. It's really hard to do because most of us are afraid of being "alone", but finding that love inside yourself means you'll never be alone. Please let this woman find the peace and love internally 🙏🏾❤️

I feel terrible for this woman. She is beautiful and really needs help, a good mental treatment program. I think these type of videos can be really triggering for folks. It's to find a balance I think for Mark or anyone in this position. Asking them questions can really trigger them and possibly get them more depressed, but at the same time you can tell she really needed to talk. I can tell by Mark's tone and pauses that he is really touched by her story, her helplessness, etc. I hope we can get an update from her. Thanks for what you are doing Mark.

"Most empaths attract abusive people." Isn't that the truth. I am an empath and all my life I have attracted abusive people who want to step on me and crush me for absolutely no reason; even those I have helped. I am glad this woman knows about God; because He is the only One who can help her straighten out her life. I accepted the Lord as my Savior at a very young age, so He protected me from a lot of abusive situations. However, all of us will be abused in one form or another as we go through life. I was never abused by parents or husbands or boyfriends; however, I suffered in he workplace and from people in general. At this point in my life I try to have very little contact with people; because as you rightly state empaths attract abusive people.
You sound like an empath yourself. What has been your experience living life as an empath? How have you dealt with being different from other people and being misunderstood? Jesus was the quintessential empath; so I try to follow His example, but still life can be difficult.
Before the interview began, Ishii's silence & downcast looks portray how emotionally devasted she is. My prayers are with you sister. May G_d Almighty help you to overcome this terrible affliction for your child.

I am glad that she has a home for herself and her daughter. Right now, Ishii is heartbreaking. I think her trauma is hitting her hard right now for several reasons;
First, she’s coming off meth, which has left her even more raw and vulnerable.
Secondly (and more significantly) this is this first time in a long time that she isn’t so overwhelmed by immediate crisis... that she can reflect on all that has happened.
And finally, because Mark asked her about her life and provided an opportunity for her to tell her story, without judgement or criticism.
I hope she can receive the support she needs to heal. And that the man in her life is sincere, and safe. She’s worth more as a survivor, than as a statistic. That goes double for her daughter.

Ishii, it doesn't start with yourself, that's the whole problem with feeling love for yourself. I always have a bit of a problem with the whole concept of selflove.

I totally understand what she’s going through, but now it’s time to stop the crying and get off the dope, we are all grown and accept the things we do, I was addict for 15 plus years and now that I finally choose myself, I’m 234 days clean and finally have life back and not looking back, she can change if she wanted to. The hug at the end. GOD DAM. Got me. We are all human. Her feeling alone. We have just lost our way as a community. She is a more obvious example of societal breakdown, however even the more 'high functioning' members, I.E in jobs, homes still feel so alone. The role of community is so vital.
I thought she said that she worked for 18 years designing balloons, after her 2nd husband was killed, which was a year after her daughter was born. Now she has her daughter with her and the girl is 9 years old????? Is this lady confused or is it me??? I read somewhere that people come into our lives for a reason whether its a short time or long time. And when they do , we sometimes learn from it if it affected our life in one way or another. I pray that this man Ishii is genuinely good and he has been sent to you to help you not feel lost and to give you guidance , love , and support that you desperately need. Not everyone has a chance to have these things and my heart breaks for them. Plus feeling lost is one of the worst feelings anyone can feel. I hear you. When you have been responsible, working 18 years at one job, working becomes so ingrained as your identity, that it becomes your sense of self worth. Being laid off can feel overwhelming and bring about crushing anxiety, depression, thoughts of hopelessness, even suicidal thoughts. One thing is certain, this too will pass, if you allow it. Although you may be unable to see the light at the end of the tunnel, it is there. Things worked out in the past for you didn't they? They will work out again. Trust that. Take hope from the other people on Marks channel, who Mark has helped, like Rita. She is so happy now.

I know this is selfish but these videos really get me down. I can’t understand how much evil occurs the world. With everything I have I wish they can recover and find happiness. They just need some trust, kindness and someone to talk to. Things people take for granted.....
I watch these stories all the time, as I am also an addict, I am in recovery though. Been clean a little over two years now.
Anyway, Ishii’s story really broke my heart. The let downs and constant disappointment in her life is devastating, and, unfortunately, it’s probably all she knows. I will pray for her and her daughter. I know others have expressed it too, but this man that she, herself, even stated is a stranger, makes me leary and worry about his motives. I really hope for herself, but more so her daughters sake, he is the man she believes him to be. I know that making her daughter go through all the bad things she did is clearly not something she wishes to inflict on her. Her situation is just tough, and poor woman is just trying to make it better. I wish there was someway to reach out to her. I hope she knows that she is beautiful and worth it.
I'm so so glad she found someone special... so many people could be saved if they had more social support, someone actually caring and listening. This interview reminded me of Dr. Breggin talking about mentall health and loss of social connections. Note how she said, that the hardest moments were when all the tragedies happened and there was no one. We are not meant to suffer alone...
Damn, she already started crying before she could even get into any details about anything. That’s a rough life. Really rough.

When she said her living daughter’s name I got shivers. Such a powerful name and by the way you still have three children. Two have become Angels.

Mark, who is Glenn, the man who found her and her daughter at the Bus Station? Is he someone who works with you to help women like Ishii find safe housing?
delores walmack Mark mentioned a few times during the interview, and at the end of the video, that Glenn is such a good guy. He spoke as if he knows him personally.
@@meganngeorge try to remember, Mark has worked on Skid Row for over a decade, he would know a lot of the people there who actually provide social services for the homeless and mentally ill on Skid Row. It sounds like Glenn may be someone who helps in that area.

She is beautiful. As a Mom this is a sad story of how she lost both kids. I can't imagine the pain. I understand it though. I hope she gets all the help she needs.
I just WISH I could see where ALL these women would be if they weren't abused, molested, beaten etc. I say that because look how strong they are at thier weakest point imagine where they would be if they had their FULL potential given to them. To all you STRONG women keep your head UP.

I too am terrified for the child. This woman is so clinically depressed she might be suicidal. she needs help desperately. She is not ready to raise a child yet and she needs to get off the drugs.
Ishii, please try to focus on you and your daughter. She needs YOU! How do you think she feels as a 9 year old girl going through all this? SHE can be your guiding light if you let her. SHE is your purpose! Honestly, the pure love that your child can give you is absolutely NOTHING compared to that of a man. She loves you unconditionally and NOTHING beats that feeling! Please please please don't just trust a man blindly with your child there are too many sick people out there.
