Hi, so I’m supposed to be done with this clutch but I messed up. I should’ve got a new master & slave but thought it could be reused. Somehow fork came off pivot point & now I have take everything out & put everything back in. One think I’m noticing from different videos is which side the “Tear drop” should face. I seen one video say Cable/Rod rise but here you’re saying opposite side. I have a 1993 Sonoma 2.8 with a T5 & both sides of the fork are round. I didn’t see a “Flat” side so I’m a bit puzzled as to which side tear drop should face…
Really, I’ve never seen one with both sides rounded but you want the rounded side of the throw out bearing to the rounded side closest to the pivot point on the fork. Tear drop faces opposite side of pivot point. Hope this helps, and good luck on your build. Thanks for watching.

What kind of grease?
I just use wheel bearing grease.
