Your dog is just like mine, she always walks in the kitchen as soon as she sees that I'm about to cook something good. I really liked how well you seasoned those meatballs, they're just packed with flavor.
James, I am a big fan of the classic Italian recipe for spaghetti and meatballs. I figure recipe looked absolutely fantastic!

Looks yummy!
This looks so good!!!!! :D
I agree with Smokes a Rollin, I do my Bread the same way. I do my Meatball a little different, not the ingredients but the cooking. I do them with a little less oil and start them in a Wok. I get them in there and I start rolling them around as they cook. They stay perfectly round, then I put them in the Sauce the same as you. Great looking dish with all the right ingredients no matter the procedure. Keep up the good work James.
I don't remember where I learned that but it works great. I really like your site, I have been watching you for a long time. I saw your Chicken and Dumpling Video some time ago and I changed the way I do mine, yours is better than mine.
That right there is a perfect dinner!

Nice looking spaghetti meatballs
Jesus Christ that looked so amazing
Why am I watching this on an empty stomach. Now I'm starving. lol
That looks absolutely delicious James. I love that entire plate and the way you prepared it. You and I have a similar method with everything you did. With a few differences. As far as how I do like to do garlic bread? I like to use butter, softened or room temp, I roast my garlic, and puree it, and add to the butter. I then add grated parm and a dash or two of oregano. I get the French bread loaves and cut them on a bias and apply the garlic butter to both sides. Great video James. You have a fantastic channel.
Thank you sir. So is yours.
Smokes A Rollin Q
How long do i bake the garlic bread and how long do i cook the meatballs
You made us hungry James,making some now.Subbed and scribbed from Texas.God bless !!!! YUM !!!! :) :)
***** Thank you. :)
Hi James,I have a few things you should try with your spaghetti recipe, the first idea is add enough sugar to the sauce to rid the sauce of the bitter tomato taste, this would change your spaghetti to Sicilian style you'll be amazed at the change. the other thing is you might try swapping out your mozza for some Asiago cheese its a bit more bold.
The heel on that garlic bread is mine. Best part.
I prefer granulated garlic on garlic bread by far. A lot more flavor over fresh garlic minced.
Perfect comfort food! I mix equal parts olive oil with butter for garlic bread. :D
***** I honestly can't taste a difference as it tastes like pure butter. Let me know how it goes for you!
smart.
I WANT ONE OF THOSE PYREX.
You talked me into it. spaghetti and meat balls for supper to night. I have a question: I am in the reno business and I am wondering from how many kitchens do you do videos? Or do you have two cook tops?

I m italian and I live in italy. Italians do not eat meatballs with any sort of pasta. We eat pasta with ragù or pesto or matriciana or with butter or cheese.. With garlic and olive oil parsely...ecc ecc but not meatballs. The italy is very little in extension but very big in variety. The Recipes and the language change in only 10 km of distance. And we eat a lot of things not only pasta.
Rule #1: if u don’t marry some of your tomato sauce with your pasta before you add toppings....and your spaghetti looks white....I don’t wanna hear anything you gotta say about Italian food. FoH.
Is spaghetti and meatballs an Italian dish?
And, nothing says Italian food like a big bowl of spaghetti and meatballs-unless you are Italian. If you go to Italy, you will not find a dish called spaghetti and meatballs. And if you do, it is probably to satisfy the palate of the American tourist.
