TK! Oh my god I think we grew up as twin but my brother and I did the same thing with the mullet off a town called Ozona, Florida, USA. We still fish, but not commercially. If you ever want to visit we still go 90-150 miles offshore for demersal fish and pelagics. Would love to visit and fish with you guys some day.
Did you ever run across a guy by the name of Gary Smith, believe he had a couple of boats out of Whangamata at some stage ? I used to work with him for a transport mob in Akl after he gave the fishing away, had some good stories !
