That taco salad looks so good Sammi! Did you know that Catalina dressing works really well for copy cat Arby's Roast beef and cheddar burgers. Lightly toast onion buns, spread with Catalina, heat deli thinly sliced beef on bun and top with some melted velveeta cheese. Your boys would love those! I'd pair that mexican corn salad with a big old juicy grilled ribe eye steak!

These look good! Side note, I know it doesn’t seem like it, but turn your lime half the opposite way. It will get all of the juice and is the way the directions say to use. I was surprised when someone ‘corrected’ me but they were right. 😊

Hint: Generally, you can get more juice out of citrus halves if you put the cut side in first. I know it seems counterintuitive, but it works by turning your half basically inside out. 😊
