@@ximenalafken7305 gracias for sharing, I just Googled Empanada Manzanas and those look delish and could be perfect for the fall here north of the equator where apples will be in season. Any recommendation for a recipe? I would like to use whole wheat dough to celebrate Whole Grains month in September. Would using that ingredient be disrespectful to your culture? If I make them this September, I will give you a shoutout.
This looks great, but I do not see corn listed in the ingredients. It looks like you added 3 cups, but then added more towards the end. So is it 4 cups total?
Hi Susan, Thank you for watching and asking about the recipe. I'm sorry, the recipe was supposed to be updated and follow the video. I'm glad you caught that and asked. The recipe is now updated. You need 6 cups of corn kernels total. 3 cups in the beginning before the puree part and then 3 cups after. This way, you get full creamy smoky corn flavor and still get whole corn in each spoonful. Let me know if you have any other questions 😀
Great video and looks delicious!
Thanks for watching! Glad you like it enough to try to enjoy during this Texas heat wave :-)
Delicious!
Greetings from Chile ^^ 🇨🇱
Thank you for watching and commenting! Hola Ximena de Chile. What’s your favorite Chilean dish?

@@kalahealthandwellness no problem with whole wheat flour, an ideal tip for the filling is to add 3-4 raisins.
Okay! Thank you. I will test it and will let you know.
