    Omg I needed this badly. As a girly who played sports her whole life. I’m built like an athlete and have broad shoulders. It’s my biggest insecurity because I want to look feminine, and I want clothes to fit me a certain way.

      totally get what you mean!! I used to play sports too so my upper body always looked bulky so it took me a long time to get where I am today... im here to speed up your process with these videos

      But you can look feminine with an athletic build! I promise you you are already gorgeous, you just haven’t realised it yet. These exercises, while they may help with mobility, stretching and bodyweight exercise, will not “slim down” “bulky” shoulders - please embrace your strength and muscle!

      @@georgiacrossley2274i totally agree I understand that someone doesn’t like some features that may be uncomfortable like big breasts, spine/back issues etc but broad Athletic shoulders? They can support great posture for years, can carry furniture maybe even people😍be grateful

    Trying this for a week but actually updating yall 💀
    (I did this yesterday but didn’t log it so technically the start of this post is day 2.)
    I’m using 5 lbs weights since I dont have those ankle/wrist weights yet.
    Day 1: ✅
    Day 2: ✅ felt a little sore when I woke up but it went away throughout the day.
    Day 3: ✅
    MY SHOULDERS ARE ACTUALLY LOOKING LESS BULKIER, it’s not a very big change but I can see a little difference.
    Day 4: ✅
    Still the same as yesterday, had to sit a different way idk how she can sit on her knees for that long mine are killing me after like 2 minutes 😭
    I also noticed today was a lot easier for me!
    Day 5: ❌
    AGHHH. I tried to keep it a 7 day streak but I couldn’t fit it in today. See y’all tomorrow 🤦🏽‍♀️
    Day 6: ✅
    I was a little sore throughout the day, but doing this made it a bit better somehow? Lol
    Day 7: ✅
    DONE!! I should’ve measured but I definitely see a difference. I’m going to try for a week again but I’ll take before and afters along with measuring.
    SORRY ABOUT THE BIG GAP 😭👍 I’m starting again tomorrow I just couldn’t fit it in with my other workouts each day.
    Day 8: ✅ Today was easier than the other days!
    Day 9: ❌ Missed today, had a small time frame to workout so I decided to skip this one.
    Day 10: ✅
    Day 11: ✅
    THIS WORKS. As I said I have no progress pictures or before measurements, but I noticed my “bulky” problem was just my lats giving my shoulders a more rounded look. This workout fixed that tremendously. Another part of it was also my fat arms lol, but from using 5lbs my arms have gotten so much thinner.
    After 11 days it’s safe to say this 100% works and I love the results 😭. I’m going to continue this just update maybe once a week.
    Measurements (as of today):
    Shoulder width : 17 in
    Around-my-arm width : 13 in
    HELPPP I FORGOT AGAINNN 😭
    Day 1 (again 💀): ✅
    Day 2: ❌ sorry! 😩
    Day 3: ✅ I got the wrist/ankle weights!!
    SORRY YALLL I’LL CONTINUE IN A COUPLE DAYYSSS
    Measurements!!
    Shoulder width: 15in
    Around-arm width: 12 in

    THIS 100 % worked for me
    i did this workout for only a week and had a huge transformation in how my Back and my Posture improved aLOT. i did it with just my normal cardio (I do walking workouts )
    I AM sooo happy with the results definitely gonna continue doing this.

    Omg this is the content I need! My acupuncturist said I had big, broad manly shoulders 😢 he’s Asian, I’m Asian, so I get it. He wasn’t insulting me but it hurts because he was honest. Augh. Time to work again on my feminine structure! Woo hoo!

    Gloria, I enjot your videos and understand most fitness titles. i just don't agree with the man shoulder and showing a picture of Jihyo from when she was younger. Honestly, an alternate thumbnail can be "have nice feminine shoulders like" showing only that picture of Jihyo. I just find the first picture unnecessary and I don't want people who have shoulders like Jihyo going, "Oh, my shoulders are manly?" Also, those are in no way man shoulders. They're just soft, which is honestly more equivalent to feminine, if feminine was one picture. The truth is it is not.Fitness is supposed to encourage confidence and self-love not implement doubt. I understand yours is more K-pop based, so you use common problems mentioned in the community, such as feminine shoulders, smaller face, etc. I am sure you're tired of critiques, but this is supposed to be "hey, what if we did it this way" moreso of a suggestion and non-critical. Not a hate comment disguised as a critique. Some of the worst comments to deal with. You handle them very well snd I thank you for continuing to do what feels right regardless of others. You work hard on the videos and it's so noticeable in each viddo you put out, so thank you.

    I tried lymphatic drainage exercises with guasha as advised from previous video (2 weeks ago, about puffy face) and it helped 🙌 just wanted to thank you 🥰🩷
    I am seeing improvements in my collarbone area and face! I have become more confident ❤️‍🔥

    i came across your account yesterday and its like all ive been worried about lately youve already made a video about! ive been doing kind of intense workouts to grow my bootie since sept 2023 and i was influenced to also workout my upper body hard but i looked so buff after! i immediately stopped and just been too scared to workout my upper body, i only liked my mid back but i feel like i gain muscle faster with upper body, im gonna give this workout a try! im going for more slim/toned like you!

    Ome thing a trainer taught me, that really helped activate my back muscles while also keeping my arms in place (i have really chubby arms ), she would put two hand towels underneath my pit area/between my side and arms so that it forced my arms to not let the towels fall. This really helped improve my posture when doing certain movements 😊

I mainly did the band pull apart but with my elbows bent at a 90 degree to focus on my back muscles in particular, its a very focused and small movement meant to help activate the back and shoulder/pec assist. But you can use the towels to help keep your elbows in with bicep curls too. hope this helps!

    guys remember you cannot spot reuduce fat. if you want smaller arms you have to lose weight overall, and then sure you can tone them with these mild exercises, except u wont see anything without losing weight

      hi! i know youre probably expecting a video but I have some tips lol
      one of the biggest things that I've realized is that when I eat, I eat when I'm hungry--until I'm full. something that has helped me is eating when I'm hungry, but only enough so that I am not hungry anymore.
      also drinking water before eating is one of the best ways to suppress your appetite enough and allow yourself to avoid overeating
      often cravings are a reason for overeating too so just eliminate those from your household if you can
      please remember to eat though and allow grace if you do happen to overeat. good luck!

    Hi Gloria! i have a question and i really want your opinion...My upper body is broad and the thing is my upper arms, specifically my deltoid is kind of "muscly" overall it makes my arms look thick in a muscular although my triceps are flabby😭. Do you think lymphatic massage can help? I stretch A LOT, but it won't go away

    Hello, i really want to ask something bcuz i think im doing me bad than good. I use gua sha for the lymphatic drainage on my legs and arms, chest and when im doing it hurts and feels like something hot is going underneat and it is RED.     Body positivity is so important and should be embraced because not everyone is perfect or should be like influencers. What we see on the Internet is not real because influencers are like us also we should love our body just the way it is. But surely fitness and health is a must also number one priority

      And with that, her videos are targeted to those who want it, not that people have to watch this, because it's obvious not everyone wants to do this ,but yet people are still commenting about how she is "insulting women" who have broad shoulders, clearly not the case, you either want to do these exercises or you don't, people should also respect that many people appreciate stuff like this. No hate either way a person chooses. But not necessary of the ones giving "criticism " because they believe this is an attack on broad shouldered women, this video is obviously not meant for the ones who don't see a need to change, hopefully people respectfully keep their negative opinions to themselves.

      Yes! Just make sure to focus on your movement slow and controlled. However, if you can bring any weights lying around the house for best results. (Mine's about 1/2 pound each)

    did you really had to use an edited picture like that for the thumbnail? at least you could have edited your own body to make it the thumbnail.

    It's interesting that to Asians, strong angular features are feminine. Angular V chin, perpendicular shoulders, protruding angular collar bones, and protruding knee caps, these are features that would normally be considered masculine as well.

    I don't think there's an exercise to get feminine shoulders. Of course, she is thin so her shoulders would look more slender. While exercise will tone it up, it won't make it look less bulky unless you slim down.

      Cause its the truth. nothing against the creator but the claims made are simply not based on any recent science. You dont lose fat easier when doing fasted cardio. You can stretch and do these exercises but they won’t make your shoulders much more feminine if they are broad. This girl is just dealing with Asian standards that are HARSH. she is very slim and feminine and yet she feels manly because she is 5’8! Thats a beautiful height.
