I have just finished Part 1 in a seniors class and will use your video for leisurely tying coat and repulse monkey moves. Thank you for making this video. Is there any possibility to break down "LTC" and "RM" step by step?
Hi Dennis, Glad you found us. In due course we'll get around to those video breakdowns. Bare in mind that RM is Brush Knee (Twist Step) by another name. It's those transitions and change of directions that really take some getting used to. Well worth watching video of practitioners going through those movements to see how they each have their own little ways. So long as you maintain your balance and make those movements safely you'll be on a good footing - excuse the pun! Enjoy your practice and go with the flow. Best wishes Phil :)
