Walter Jackson Thanks, I really appreciate that. Today I’m busy releasing previously made videos of all of TCA2 details. I work hard for you and your group Walter! And because I don’t get paid for any of this, I sure appreciate you and your friends subscribing to my channel, liking and commenting on videos. It makes a difference. Grateful that I could help you out 🙇♀️
Thank You, Lea, for this very useful video. The two of us have been doing Sun Tai Chi for the last 3 years. First, we learned it from Dr. Lam's course in Sri Lanka, then with our Sri Lankan Tai Chi teacher, Mr. Rohan Muthumala. We have done TCA 1, TCA 2, and Traditional Sun 98. I have downloaded your instructional videos on TCA 1 previously and used them to improve my form. I have just started on the breathing and your video was Godsend! Thank you, and stay safe.
Gamini Edirisinghe Thank you, Gamini, for taking the time to comment and so kindly at that. I’m very glad the videos have helped you. I’m currently working on releasing all the videos I’ve recently made for TCA2 details on my own website: BeachsideQigong.com. It’s not quite operational yet but within a couple weeks, at most. More breath work videos too, as many people have more need for this now. Thanks for keeping yourself chi strong 💪
If you decide to do Yang 24, look up this book, Tai Chi, by Loretta Wollering, the instructor in this video. The book is extremely useful and includes charts of the form sequence. Also, she has diagrams that indicate what muscles are being used for each form.
Appreciate you posting this. Thank you. It's been a few years since I learned the TCA 1 & 2. Seems a little different in sequence but fortunately not in the movements....Now time to practice!
Thanks Mary. Glad you like it. The breathing is kind of tricky and how I do it may not be appropriate for everyone but hopefully it will help you understand integrating the breath with the movement. If you haven't already, please subscribe to my RUclips channel. Thanks and breathe on to stay chi strong!
What you do is so awesome. My friends and I consider you one of our teachers.
