Just a tip for anyone REALLY into learning this. You can click the gear button, click speed and choose a slower or faster speed for practicing purposes. I personally like to do .5 speed so that I can see every nuance of his moves but still be able to follow with him at a decent pace for my current skill. I may chose to slow it down more or speed it up depending on my needs.
This is a PC only feature for any of the mobile users, I think.
    Hope this helps! Namaste!

WOW! Thank you, Dr. Lam I am very impressed with the easy way you teach! I've always wanted to practice tai chi, but I thought it was very difficult and one had to have learned from childhood, but with this video I realize I was wrong! I'll get all your DVD’s! A hope for my arthritis pain!

Dr.lam I tried this for the first time today and when I got to the part where you bring your hands down I got a weird body rush. (I would say head rush, but it was my whole body)
Could you explain what that means and if it is harmful for me or good for me.
