The combat system is lacking and repetitive, the gliding mechanic is dull, no team combo whatsoever plus you're unable to change the character clothing as you please and etc.
These character transitions are soooooo goooood. Switching mid-leap and mid-skill, it looks so satisfying. I managed to get into CBT2 so can't wait to try it out next week :D

One thing I really hope is that the enemies don't have super low HP. I want to utilize the game's combat to it's fullest potential and pull off stylish combos. If anything they should either scale with the player or just find a perfect midpoint where it isn't too high or low, but leave high health bars for formidable unique enemies and bosses.
I think Some bosses either can't be Cc'd or move frequently though so it's hard to combo attack them, it's more applicable to mobs but I hope there will be a bar where when you depleted it, will stun them so maybe then we can do the combos
I have never played a Gacha where enemies where an actual challenge unless you play until the end game. So yeah its probably gonna be a cakewalk. Maybe play without 5*/6* characters and you might have. a challenge.

They don't, at least not resonances. I don't know about enemy weaknesses, but for characters, the combos are between elements to give buffs when they go in or out of field. Example, if you react ice + dark you reduce enemy resistances for a few seconds.

Or is it more like 1 dps one buffer and 1 shield/healer or something ? I havent watched much gameplay but beside maybe one healer most of the characters look like dps.
Watching this gameplay makes me think Genshin Impact is lackluster in terms of combat. Genshin Impact relies more on reaction, which makes it repetitive and feels boring. I hope this game comes out very soon so I can create stylish combos that can satisfy me.
The good thing about combos in ww is that it can be done in a lot of various ways for more fun. It is possible to include grappling, echoes' attack, intro/outro skills and the character's passive.
They already said in the last year they are making new endgame which is not like abyss but since then no new info about that I bet they just timed release of WuWa to add endgame for player retantion (which is smart but if not they are dumb haha)
