Amazing result. I have fallen from 35ft and my shoulder got dislocated and leg had fractured. Doctor operated my leg and suggested mri for shoulder. I dont want to operate my shoulder hence i have tried sevral excercise to reduce pain and inflation none of the excercise work except this. Thanks a lots.
