Sapphire Kay: Cool! My school has done things differently we are picking our real options at the end of year 9 but for year 9 we have two trial options (I have Business and Art) but the curriculum is the same! Confusing ik 😂

I’ve just moved to Sheffield too. I’m isolating atm because 2 of my flatmates got COVID symptoms and have now tested positive. I wish I was living by myself 😂 in a flat with 4 boys is tough.

imposter syndrome is so real, someone in my accommodation had Waitrose delivered and I don't think I've ever felt more out of place lmao also I don't know about other universities but sheffield has a fb group for non drinkers to make plans so maybe something to check with the SU of the uni your at

Hi Charlotte Iam 13 years old and Iam in year 9 and I’ve started my GSCEs I have chosen Food Tech Photography and Events Management and I have had to isolate because of a positive test at school Iam on Day 12 of Isolation and I can return to school on Monday October 5th I can’t wait to go back to school on Monday.

I love your RUclips- general question, I’m on my 5th week of college, 3rd in college (alternate weeks in / out with year above) and I’m just wondering if anyone can give me advice on how to make more friends? I’m already a couple weeks in but I feel like I’ve not made as many friends as I should have! Any little tips are appreciated so so much 💗
I can try to help I transferred schools and never felt I really made any friends with too strong bonds so don’t be disheartened by this as you have just not mixed with the right people I guess. I’d advise just talking to as many people as possible, some people straight up ignored me but that shows that you don’t want to be friends with them and soon you should find some nice people! Maybe speak to people who do similar subjects to you as then you have common interests and are more likely to bond. I’m obviously not a professional but I thought I could try to help 💕

do you feel safe at sheffield? i heard recently girls haven’t felt safe, a lot of homeless people about trying to steal things? have you come into contact with any of this? sheffield was quite a strong choice of mine but hearing this has put me off it😕xx

Hi I’m from around Sheffield and I’m also a first year at uni of Sheffield, and I feel really safe in Sheffield compared to other cities and I’ve actually never heard of the issue with homeless people like obviously homelessness is an issue like any other city but I’ve not heard of anyone having any bad experiences so I wouldn’t be put off x
