My 3rd flash, done in 2 weeks, lots of experimenting in this one.
The hammer was used because he had one in Donkey Kong, also it aided to the style.
Seen other videos of this site, but uploading this by request of an non-choppy video as asked by a friend.

The symbol on the flag in the game was actually a skull not a peace sign but because the flag is so small it was hard enough to make a small skull with the limit of pixel space. :P

This video rules hard . Could you do more in the communist mario series? Stuff with cannons firing maybe. Maybe Luigi or the other characters could make an appearance too. Since it was only your 3rd flash, I'd imagine you've gotten a lot better.
You really should do more orginal flash and upload them here to youtube. Your extremely creative and I love things like this that are so original and away from the normal BS you see everyday on youtube.
You could easily with a lot of these videos reach partner status one day and thats money there.

Well tbf how much plot does a regular mario game really have besides get to the castle and raise the flag? And the song is awesome.
After mario killed Nicolas Bowser II, he formed the CPMK (communist party of mushroom kingdom) in 118. He was the one who brought the socialism to the world of games and in 1923, hyurle and mushroom kingdom formed the Union of Socialist Soviet Kingdoms. Mario died in 1953... T-T

And yes, he is a US icon as well. Although he originated somewhere else, Super Mario Brothers 3 (and the rest of the series) is considered the most (or at least one of the most) popular game in the United States. Screw you Final Fantasy, Mario rules!

A catchy tune is a catchy tune, after all.

General Koopas - He is the General of the Koopas Armed Forces. He is the main villain of video games. with his military suit of the combination between Mexican military and ancient Aztec warrior. He is one of the few characters who knows that Communist Mario is a spy for the Red Mushroom Palace.
@adrastea99 Princess Peach is a monarch. I'm not that up on my Mario universe, but I'm fairly sure she doesn't even have a parliament. Not much of a red cause for Mario to take up, saving her from another absolute monarch.
