Delta Air Lines A330-900NEO Takeoff LHR - LAX

This was my first time flying on an A330NEO and it is pretty nice. As an avgeek, I'm happy that the new rolls royce engines retained that signature growl. Most new generation engines sound pretty boring to me. Anyway, enjoy this takeoff from LHR.

Considering the growl faded away after the thrust reduction I believe this was at or near full power. Otherwise there wouldn't have been this much of a growl. Flaps were also aggressively set for takeoff, as the slats were in the 2nd position. Excellent catch
