The secret stash scene put me firmly on the anti-Pierre train. "Your wife deserves to know about this" is not a threat, it is advice, and there is no reason he should get that angry about it unless what he is hiding is really bad. Pierre is a bad person.

I always thought the obvious rumor about Gunther is that he's the legendary cowboy that the "Journey of the Prarie King" game was based on. A book mentions it, and with Gunther's clearly Western-themed design, it kinda tracks that he might have been an hero who retired away from the spotlight to a town in the middle of nowhere. That and a character who's like a cross between Indiana Jones and the Lone Ranger sounds cool as hell.
I can definitely understand the idea of making theories about Gunther. He's only ever mentioned by name by Jas and Vincent, the children. Children have always been known in legends as capable of seeing and communicating with 'other' beings, hence them finding Krobus in the sewers. Someone like Abigail, who loves exploration, hasn't seen Krobus? The mayor of the town who's supposed to know everything about it hasn't seen him? Now, yes the sewers are locked at the beginning- until Gunther gives you the key. There has to be a reason the sewers were locked and he just so happened to be the one who had the key. My personal theory is that his family or the family of the previous museum owner were protectors of the remaining shadow people. Anyways, it always struck me as odd that Gunther, and Marlon for that matter, are the only humans in the game you can't build a relationship with despite having formal introductions to them through events. I don't very much count Gil, but I already have a thought that Marlon is magic as well and Gil is his familiar disguised as a human. Meanwhile we have Mr. Qi out here breaking the fourth wall without a care in the world. My idea on that one is that he's Yoba, honestly.
The protector of the shadow people one makes sense, and I didn't know that no other NPCs talk about him. That's really intereseting.. maybe him speaking is just a figment of your imagination? Who knows.

If you complete Willy's 100 bug meat special order, you'll get the recipe for the quality bobber, which is a tackle that increases a fish's quality by 1. This can increase into iridium, making it unnecessary to get perfect in order to get iridium Legend. This also makes it possible to get iridium quality on fish that are usually impossible to get as iridium quality. Like Angler, Sand fish, scorpion carp, and the submarine fish

Yknow, I'm gonna be honest. Considering this video was made by a super small RUclipsr, it's got Hella effort. Seriously, thinking about it, there are tons of ways you could've messed up but you made a video you might expect to see from a relatively larger channel. Just a few tweaks, like having a clearer rule to sticking to script, and having a better understanding of just a few thing, and stuff like this could be high-tier content. But it's all great! You give just the right amount of trivia facts, it feels very human (some essay-like videos like this can get very robotic) so you can tell it's made by an honest person, the editing is literally as good as it needs to be, and probably better (seriously, editing is great), I honestly really like your voice, it's somehow soothing and is great to listen to, the choice of music is on point, everything is easy to understand, etc. etc. etc. Basically, what I'm saying is, you made a surprisingly awesome video ! I really hope to see more from you, and there's no way I'm not subscribing. You're kinda cool :D

This is super cool! I’m a new Stardew fan, and I tend to rapidly consume lore for a thing I’m interested in before fully jumping into the experience, so this was really neat to watch!
There's actually this interesting line of dialogue that Robin gives about her husband's cigarette smelling weird. It's not significant, but pretty sure he was smoking weed.

I would recommend 100% it's a blast!! The early game can be a tad tedious but with a friend and if you like the fishing mini game its sooo additive/fun!!
It’s one of the greatest games ever created. I highly recommend it. I’ve been playing since launch, put 4,200 hours into it and have almost 50 save files.
okay. the "animals eaten" refers to the fact that if animals are locked out of their coop/barn overnight, there's a 50% chance one will disappear, followed by a wolf sound (I think) on the sell screen, and all of the animals will be "on edge" the next day if you interact with them.
I've got a secret note telling me to push the bush beside the bridge leading to the beach at a certain time (12:40 pm if I remember it correctly). Did it. Saw someone looked like lewis and Marnie fleeing out of the bush and rushing away. It happened so quick I barely recognized them. I was only three days (real time) into the game and I was shocked.
Not sure if anyone mentioned it or not, but you can actually choose your chicken colors, when you are buying them from Marnie, if you look at the top right it will tell you if it's a white. brown, or blue chicken (if you had the cut scene with Shane) and if it isn't the color you want you can cancel the action and talk to her again until you get the colors you want. Also if you save the mayors shorts and put them in your grange display he bribes you with 750 tokens plus the next day he will pay you 750 gold for them. He does get pretty salty about it though lol. Not sure if you can still put them in the stew, but I don't think you get anything special for doing that other than he gets mad at you. This is just a fun Easter Egg, but on the main screen menu if you click on the E in Stardew it will knock on it, and an alien will pop out and say hi. Also just randomly clicking around on the sign will make Junimo's pop out and jump around. Loved the vid and thank you for doing these, there were a couple I didn't know about and the lore was nice.
Im kind of sad that the ice berg doesnt mention the unimplemented Cursed P.K arcade machine as there is no mention of it in the wiki and i only know of it because ive stumbled across it before across it using the CJB item spawner menu

I think that a lot of these "glitches" arent really glitches. ConcernedApe has said that there are tons of easter eggs that are so obscure nobody may ever find them, so this makes me think that these are actually hidden easter eggs.

The animals eaten part is talking about how there is a small chance for one of your animals to be eaten when you sleep. If an animal has been trapped outside (Aka when you close the barn doors so the animals cant get back in), there is a chance they will be attacked by a wild animal when you sleep, making one of your animals disappear. All other animals will have a thingy saying "(Insert animal name) looks stressed and paranoid today. It seems like something bad happened last night."
For some reason I love the idea that Linus is some kind of minor god that lost his place and lives among humans, or could if he felt more comfortable around them. But he feels too out of place around them so he lives by himself.
I'm glad that the Expanded mod inserted its own headcanons about some stuff on this iceberg. Characters like Gunther get a lot more character there, which is nice.

Yknow, I'm gonna be honest. Considering this video was made by a super small RUclipsr, it's got Hella effort. Seriously, thinking about it, there are tons of ways you could've messed up but you made a video you might expect to see from a relatively larger channel. Just a few tweaks, like having a clearer rule to sticking to script, and having a better understanding of just a few thing, and stuff like this could be high-tier content.
But it's all great! You give just the right amount of trivia facts, it feels very human (some essay-like videos like this can get very robotic) so you can tell it's made by an honest person, the editing is literally as good as it needs to be, and probably better (seriously, editing is great), I honestly really like your voice, it's somehow soothing and is great to listen to, the choice of music is on point, everything is easy to understand, etc. etc. etc.
Basically, what I'm saying is, you made a surprisingly awesome video ! I really hope to see more from you, and there's no way I'm not subscribing.

It’s one of the greatest games ever created. I highly recommend it. I’ve been playing since launch, put 4,200 hours into it and have almost 50 save files.
I’ve only ever played a handful of video games and this one is my favorite. There’s a lot to do and you can do it however you want to.
okay. the "animals eaten" refers to the fact that if animals are locked out of their coop/barn overnight, there's a 50% chance one will disappear, followed by a wolf sound (I think) on the sell screen, and all of the animals will be "on edge" the next day if you interact with them.
"animals eaten" is probably about the event were one of your animals gets eaten by a wild animal if you leave the door open overnight

I've got a secret note telling me to push the bush beside the bridge leading to the beach at a certain time (12:40 pm if I remember it correctly). Did it. Saw someone looked like lewis and Marnie fleeing out of the bush and rushing away. It happened so quick I barely recognized them.
I was only three days (real time) into the game and I was shocked.

Not sure if anyone mentioned it or not, but you can actually choose your chicken colors, when you are buying them from Marnie, if you look at the top right it will tell you if it's a white. brown, or blue chicken (if you had the cut scene with Shane) and if it isn't the color you want you can cancel the action and talk to her again until you get the colors you want.
Also if you save the mayors shorts and put them in your grange display he bribes you with 750 tokens plus the next day he will pay you 750 gold for them. He does get pretty salty about it though lol. Not sure if you can still put them in the stew, but I don't think you get anything special for doing that other than he gets mad at you.
This is just a fun Easter Egg, but on the main screen menu if you click on the E in Stardew it will knock on it, and an alien will pop out and say hi. Also just randomly clicking around on the sign will make Junimo's pop out and jump around. Loved the vid and thank you for doing these, there were a couple I didn't know about and the lore was nice.

Im kind of sad that the ice berg doesnt mention the unimplemented Cursed P.K arcade machine as there is no mention of it in the wiki and i only know of it because ive stumbled across it before across it using the CJB item spawner menu

There's also a few furnitures that's unobtainable like the camera and the grandpa clock. Also the boulder from the mines when you have to break it to meet the dwarf, you can place it then break it

the super cucumber is a funny joke, but the quests are random. George could ask for a super cucumber, Alex could, anyone could. How it works, if I remember correctly, is that the game picks one of the NPCs, then a random object. As I said, it's funny, but it's totally random

About the 18 eggs in the egg hunt. Tooshi made a video about it and the highest he got was 17, but he also made a few mistakes during the run so it is clearly possible to get 18.
I think that a lot of these "glitches" arent really glitches. ConcernedApe has said that there are tons of easter eggs that are so obscure nobody may ever find them, so this makes me think that these are actually hidden easter eggs.
Maybe its just because im a tad innocent, but i had always thought pierre's stash was extra money he was hiding from the family.

The animals eaten part is talking about how there is a small chance for one of your animals to be eaten when you sleep.
If an animal has been trapped outside (Aka when you close the barn doors so the animals cant get back in), there is a chance they will be attacked by a wild animal when you sleep, making one of your animals disappear.
All other animals will have a thingy saying "(Insert animal name) looks stressed and paranoid today. It seems like something bad happened last night."
For some reason I love the idea that Linus is some kind of minor god that lost his place and lives among humans, or could if he felt more comfortable around them. But he feels too out of place around them so he lives by himself.

Hey just so you know the “sea” thing isn’t an odd thing, any body of water between the shore and the ocean is the sea, people just use them interchangeable and dont know the difference. Basically close to shore = sea, beyond the sea = ocean

Hey, i just wanted to let you know that you should watch out for the music volume vs. speaking volume in your videos. I am hard of hearing and i couldnt hear you at all in some parts of the videos. Specifically the cascade kingdom song parts. It would also be really cool to include subtitles in your videos too! Otherwise i really enjoyed the video keep up the good work :)
