I just feel bad for Shyla in the sense that she will always be looked as a bad guy when all reality her lashing out is from all the abuse .. the ace family time and time again claim they never knew shyla she was never really family but bash her so easily like if they DID know her .. she’s been quiet I hope she comes at Dolores with a pan to her face so she can really feel what abuse is

This is so sad they charge you guys in the states so much for your medicine !! I am a diabetic and my shot alone per month is like 5-600 a month .. yikes!! Glad I have coverage but insulin is something someone needs to live !!
Yes your American healthcare hospitals are 100% better then ours and so many more docters over there .. heck I gotta wait 18-24 months for an ear docter that I have lost my hearing as a side effect from getting my shots!! It’s just crazy !!

I’m a type 1 diabetic and in 2019 I lost my health insurance, I found myself often crying in my car, out of insulin, calling every pharmacy in LA to inquire about prices… it was $300-$400 per vile (that lasts 1 month) and I needed two. So $800 for just insulin in 1 month. I couldn’t afford it and started buying it in Mexico for $25/vile. People like me have died because of this, it’s really horrific… so ty for talking about this !!

i’m a kaiser pharmacy technician dropping in with some knowledge 😅 pharmacy and insurance is just one big SCAM so everyone knows lol. unfortunately the cream is new and it’s brand name only so pretty much all insurances won’t cover it. ALSO since it’s brand name only that gives the manufacturer the ability to raise the price because there is no generic alternative. and since you are using the medication for cosmetic use it is basically an elective medication, meaning it’s not medically necessary to you therefore insurance does not have to cover it 🫤 it sucks im sorry but i just wanted to spread some knowledge for everyone to know!!!

I think you left out the part where the reason Shyla went off on the ace fam was because Austin posted a video with her daughters face in it. Shyla has made it clear she doesn’t want her daughters face on the internet for her safety and privacy, they might even have an agreement in court for this. Landon also doesn’t post their daughters face. But Austin posted their daughters face in a video on RUclips which they made money for. On top of that both of Austin/Landon’s parents keep posting Shylas daughters face on social media and refuse to respect her mothers wishes which is incredibly disrespectful. I’m not saying Shyla handled the situation the correct way, I just understand the outburst and think it’s justified.

Her face was in it, it just got deleted right away, and the thing is they never really posted souline before on their socials when Landon and Shyla had their own channel but now that Shyla doesn’t want Souline on the internet it’s crazy how they’re posting her all the time face shown or not she’s in a lot of their videos.

Coming from a wound care nurse… make sure you are applying the prescription cream first! That will allow the product to have the most efficacy. Don’t use any serums or anything first. If you want, apply the cream then wait an hour or so then apply the rest of your skincare to your face. Good luck!

I am type 1 (insulin dependent) diabetic for 30 yrs this year and insulin is RIDICULOUSLY expensive !! It's HORRIBLE! Not to even mention the cost of wearing a continuous glucose monitor that u feel u HAVE to use to stay alive! Which, I'm very thankful to be alive, I am on disability because of complications from my diabetes and no longer having a right foot and it takes my WHOLE check to buy my insulin and CGM supplies EVERY month, but without them, I would be dead. I spent 3 days on life support in 2020 🙏 But, I wanted to say THANK YOU for mentioning the cost of insulin on your podcast!!! May God bless you all 🙏

Just a FYI, water intoxication is a thing. ''Water intoxication, also known as water poisoning, hyperhydration, overhydration, or water toxemia, is a potentially fatal disturbance in brain functions that results when the normal balance of electrolytes in the body is pushed outside safe limits by excessive water intake.'' It is good to keep hydrated and water likely does typically help move things along bowel-wise but people need to be careful about how much water they drink within a relatively short period of time.

Love the pod!! My son has had vitiligo since he was 1 and it has spreed to his face and now has started kindergarten and the amount of people that don't know what it is and judge is crazy! I would love to buy the cream but the whole insurance thing is insane af!!
And does it even work permanently too? That is anther thigt to consider. Or imagine being one of the 50% that the creme justfdoesnt work for at all. People can't afford to spend that kind of money unlessnitsna gaurantee! They need to find a way to test to see if it even works or isolate a gene that can tell you if it will even work (if that is even possible). I'm sorry your son has to go through this. MANNY!!!... I SO feel for you with the vitiligo... my 16yr old daughter has psoriasis, which is an auto immune disorder that causes flaky skin overgrowth in areas. Kids at schools have teased and ostracized her bc of it saying she has money pox, etc. She finally got prescribed Enbrel and it is $22,000 dollars PER MONTH. It took hell and high water to get it covered by insurance (like 3 wks calling EVERY day) but these prices are CRAZY!!! I HATE our system, it is so wrong in SO MANY ways!!!

I am a Type 1 Diabetic, and I pay $50 a month for my insulin plus $300 every three months for sensors but that is with insurance. I agree that the cost of prescriptions for life threatening diseases needs to see a decrease.. Its horrible that people have to pay thousands of dollars to live..

I use to beleive Shyla and felt bad for her but at this poing she’s a whole red flag 🚩 She seems toxic and bitter. First of All it wasn’t an idea she told Landon.. she herself made it seem like she just thought about it. Like he didn’t know about disneyland idea. He said it himself too.. She just thought she should automatically be invited because it was her 1st time ay disney….2nd why would she want to go with this abusive narcissist to Disneyland. and 3rd she called him a deadbeat. Okay we get the relationship did not work out with them but she uses her personal feelings to describe him as a father. He can still be a great that. Taking your child to disneyland does not make you a dead beat. Wish my sperm donor who beat my mom and abandoned us took me to disney at that age. She goes on these rants and brings the ace family children in to it its just so low in my opinion. But because its the Ace family everyone thinks its ok. Isnt shyla scare that her daughter will see this later on. Her mother name calling and bullying her dad so the whole world chimes in. She called him all types of names and things about his appearance. He really didnt say anything low back to her. I also feel like landon can do. what he wants on the days he has her aslong as its not causing any harm to the baby

The Staircase documentary on Netflix is a better recollection of what really happened since its a doc, so there's interviews with everyone and a real deep dive, as opposed to a fictionalized show like on HBO. It made me realize it's not so black and white whether he commuted the crime or not! Such a good documentary!
