      Hi Sara. I am 37, and also struggle with mental health. I am 37. Keep searching for your journey up and above. I have struggled since I was 10, diagnosed at 19. Some days will be better and others will be hard to get through, but always remember that it is a process, and it takes time. You are loved! ❤❤❤

      Hey Sara, you made this comment a while ago but hopefully you take the time to feel this. I too, have been facing and gradually overcoming depression, raising my awareness and seeking clarity. Where I was in the beginning of my 4-5 year journey in finding more truth to the inner n outer-world, compared to where I mentally and emotionally am now, is just beautiful to me and all my loved ones. I promise you, you CAN and WILL get healed as long as you BELIEVE it is possible and raise your conscious awareness/spiritually awaken.     yea this helped. Lil vent: I am reading a book about forgiveness and it talked about how everytime we replay the painful moments in our head over and over again our brain reacts as if it’s happening now and it freaks your body out and alarms you, and knowing me, i tested that theory and got myslef all worked up, and even though i watch these every night, i came to this one. Because for me, there’s never been a thing that’s comforted me more than hearing jason say.. “the past cannot harm you, the future cannot harm you, and the present is here to nourish you.”💜

    This one really helped me get a good night sleep after suffering from insomnia for 2 years. I always slept like 4 hours a day. Yesterday i slept for 9 hours!!!! Thank you so much

    Hi Jason, I have been listening to this meditation regularly for a couple of months now and 9 out of 10 times I don't even make it halfway through as I'm already asleep :-) Only recently did I manage to listen through the whole thing for the first time. Thank you for making this meditation, it's of great benefit to me.

    Honestly I wasn't breathing deeply because I started crying lol. That part about the past and future being unable to hurt you, and your present helping to nurture you really got to me for some reason. I wasn't having a bad day per se, just feeling down for no reason but this instantly made me feel better.

    I think I got to the body scan left foot then I fell fast asleep. Biggest block of sleep I've had in a long time. Nearly 5 hours. Thankyou.

    First time listening to your guided meditation. I think I fell asleep almost immediately after the rain started. I have been suffering from anxiety, depression, PTSD and recently just started getting panic attacks. Sleeping has become so hard as all I do is toss and turn and my brain is on overload. I’m really glad I came across this meditation, will be using it nightly now to fall asleep. Thank you!

    Part way through I woke up and realized I had briefly slept. But I was now awake with my eyes shut and aware that I could see the image of an eye in black and dark amber. I could see the circles of the eye but not in all colors. Like black and white but black and amber…then the image became bigger and in the Center of the eye I could see my parents. They were looking down at me through the iris of this eye. I was overwhelmed and so happy to see them and know they are there and they see my repentances…and I know they love me because they came. Then the eye got cloudy and the image faded and Jason was talking about everything relevant to me. I’ll come back to this one again. It has been very beneficial for me. The rest of the day will be much easier. My mom has been gone for 40 yrs this coming sept 17. My Dad since June 1 2012. I’m grateful for these moments 🙌🏻

    So just realized too much anxiety and tension can cause nightmares if you don't get much sleep. I'm into dream interpretation and used to be into lucid dreaming and I'm suffering from anxiety, PTSD, depression, panic, etc. I noticed how when you have dreams. I'm guessing dreaming about blackness resembles negativity I believe. Quote me on that if I'm wrong. Like if your dreaming of fear and anxiety your dreams seem more dreadful you wake up with panic attacks if you don't sleep well etc. I'm not a doctor or psychiatrist but just sharing my experience if anyone has suffered like this like me. I think we can all get through the fears if we just get passed the negative blockages we've been carrying/holding on to and we can release our stress etc. Since our dreams are connected to our subconscious I believe our subconscious is trying to tell us something through these dreams. I think we should all pay attention to our dreams more tbh. They could save our lives. Sorry if non of this makes sense. I'm not great at this stuff.

    It's 5am. I haven't had a good sleep in weeks. I'm literally always exhausted but my overactive brain won't shut down. I really hope this works cuz I have to go to work and I'm super tired

    I was so sleepy when I started this video I fell asleep almost immediately. I woke up slowly 2 & 1/2 hours later to use the restroom. I had a real hard time getting fully awake. I laid down again and 2 hours later woke up to use the restroom. I laid down again and went into dream state immediately but woke up in 5 minutes or so. I did this over and over for 45 minutes until I got woke up by a phone call. I still felt sleepy but decided to get up and start my day. I don't have trouble getting to sleep. I have trouble sleeping for long periods and feeling rested when I wake.

    I usually enjoy your videos but I have been looking for a long body scan video to help me focus on something other than my anxiety and lack of sleep but 10 minutes in and my anxiety grew the whole time where now I have to find a new video to listen to. It’s not even a you problem I’m just so f-ing frustrated from being in bed for an hour and every medication I turn on just makes me more anxious. Ugh whatever I guess I just needed to yell into a void. Off to the next video that probably will only make me not sleep for longer

    i enjoy this meditation alot.
    though, i do find that the part where you focus on the bodyparts, the time to be able to breathe in and out should be bit longer. cause now i cant finish it per body part you call out and i feel in bit of a hurry x)

    You should do the ads at the end. Most people are asleep by the time it gets to the end. They kept waking me up.

      Perhaps you can download the audio or record it in your phone minus the ads if they show up during recording.

      Ypu need to un-tick autoplay. If it's on, newt video and add will play after any video. So, untick that box and there will not be anything but peace, after the meditation ❤️

    Does anyone know why now we are having ads in the middle of the video? They're super disruptive and defeats the purpose of this otherwise great video to help sleep....

      Asimina Kremos yes i really hate it. The beginning is fine, it get it that he needs to make money. But not in the middle when youre almost asleep. Ending also not done. Just put like 1 to 3 at the start

    Nice try but just wacky. I have studied and used many relaxation techniques and this must be one of a particular cult or mindset, as the terminology is not natural and many of the phrases are confusing. Just commenting here in case others don't find it helpful. It has some good points but with no attention to the neck, upper back area where so many people carry tension, it misses a lot. There are many others that DO use wording that are natural and pleasant and understandable and DO cover the entire body, especially the parts most prone to hold tension.
