Appreciate your videos. I love that your crosscut sled center is painted red...a reminder to keep fingers out of that area or at least be extremely cautious if you need to do anything in there.
Thank you so much for your feedback! And yes, that is exactly why that portion is red.
Please keep those videos coming!!
Thank you, I sure will!

Thank you so much James for subscribing and for continuing to watch my videos. I checked out your channel and happily subscribed. Simple design in my mind is key. Many of the most successful products have simple design.

Cool, thank you for subscribing and for the feedback, I appreciate it!
Beautiful and elegant and yet so simple. I love the construction method.
Are you using a full 1" thick piece of walnut?
Yes, I used a 1'' think piece of walnut. But you could use thinner or thicker adjusting then all other dimensions and cuts. Thank you for the feedback, I am glad you liked the video!
@@gemriverbuilds7840 thanks for the response. I think the 1" material looks better for what you were showing it for. Anything smaller would look undersized. Of course, the smaller material could just as easily be staged with smaller items.
Great idea. I have no idea where I would find customers. Is there some suggestions? i am just staring out in 2023 Spring.
Thank you for the feedback, glad you liked the video. Finding your customers will depend on your location and whether you live close to a big city or not. You can use various websites online to market products (Etsy etc...) but fairs, craft shows, your own website and word of mouth can be very important too. With time you will find out what is best for you and your market, at the beginning you will need to cast as wide a net as you can.
Nice job.
Vc é Português ou Brasileiro?
Thank you! Italian American...
@@gemriverbuilds7840 Oh, you sound like. Im Brazillian-Italian
Where do you buy your hardwood it’s seems to be very high
I buy mine at a hardwood dealer. I believe this was about 4/4 inch thick and I purchased it from the dealer at 5/4 inch but it is close to an actual 4/4 because it came square on two sides and it was already planed. Thank you for your comment and participation.
Where did you get the square vase?
I actually was given the square vase as a gift a few years back but I know here in the US you can find similar ones at Michaels, Joann, Home Goods, Hobby Lobby and similar stores. I will put a link to a similar vase in the description. Thank you for the comment!
Please don't ever use a push stick on the outside of the blade like you were doing...ugh... Cool project, though
Silly nonsense
