Love this property! ❤ If I can make a suggestion.. there is such an immense difference in your camera work when you are outside compared to when you enter the property. If you can, use less quick jerky up down side to side motions when you are inside. Allow more shots from the corner of rooms to give scale to the viewer, more little pauses so we can take in the space. Love the outside camera work.. thx

The house shows a similar level of loving care, and once the accumulated treasures of generations have been removed, the ground floor should prove to be sufficiently spacious. The upstairs might profit from reorganization to result in just three bedrooms, one of which could be a master with ensuite. Once the gite is completed it would provide guest space or (if permitted) good rental income. Places like this don't come on the market very often.

Oh I DO like this one, especially if the donkey and shetlands belong with the property as mentioned. Seriously though, this place has a lot of charm and the garden is beautiful.
Outside of the property is superb and gives the impression of a fairly large house ..but the interior seems small , bedrooms are small and the corridor narrow.. strange ! Garden is heaven and love the gite .Is this located in Normandy near the sea or inland please? the paddock ( if one has a horse ) is part of the property right? Who takes care of the garde, speking from experience when you need professionals it is very costly in France.Superb garden , i love it !
All very nice, but the ponds to me would be a liability when small children are around - very worrying ! I also think the price for this is really high compared with so many other French homes. It looks beautiful from the outside, and has enough rooms for family use but they are pretty small.
