I'm so glad you hosted this food truck and I will definitely look them up and follow them.
Before I lived in LA I really wasn't a fan of food trucks.. on the East Coast you're basically parked outside of construction sites and I wasn't intrigued.
In LA we have entire strips and areas around transit centers.. food trucks are fabulous as you can take a bunch of friends and everyone can get what they want and sit down.
True, Seattle doesn't have these types of arenas yet but hopefully with these varieties of authentic food Seattle will have it soon!

It's not an offense buddy. It's just going back to basics. Before the Portuguese and Spanish mixed with the indigenous people. I love beans and rice. But not all the time.

@channeldeleted I've lived in Mexico, La Paz, B.C.S. to be exact & I'd be pretty pissed if I got that instead of real Mexican food.

My familia is moving up. Let's go Portuguese Mexicans. Authentic Mexican food. Made from the Portuguese And Spanish Cuisine. No indigenous side dishes. Like rice and beans.
